The Chef’s Shed - a farm stay

Situated in "cool country" Trentham, the Chef’s Shed was originally built in 1860, and has been lovingly transformed into a cosy, spacious and unique place to stay. It has quirky living spaces, including a loft, and wide, stunning views over the land around, even from the private sauna which can be used for a modest fee. From here you can explore the region. We are surrounded by nature, and a few minutes from The Falls and historic Trentham with cafes, pubs, walking tracks and a lot of history.

Wombat Forest Country Retreat is nestled in an idyllic country setting in Trentham East. You can easily take a short drive from here to Daylesford, Kyneton and Woodend. The Retreat is attached to the main building with separate guest access and no shared internal areas. It offers 1 bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, a light and airy open living space, a fully equipped kitchen, and a covered deck with views out over farmland, forest and water. It is ideal for 2 guests and can accommodate up to 4.

Peaceful and private space

Comfortable, clean, cosy, peaceful and self-contained one room studio/cabin. Riddells Creek is a quiet small town in lovely surrounding countryside and views of the Macedon Ranges. Close to well-known tourist areas. PLEASE NOTE: I have set a 2 night minimum stay and this is what i prefer. However in special circumstances i will consider a 1 night booking if necessary, for some reason - send me a message to discuss it.

Escape to the Ranges @ the Winter Lodge

Enjoy the comforts of a Country Style Lodge in the heart of the Macedon Ranges. The Architect designed and Master Built passive solar home is set in a large and secluded garden amongst local black gums and natives of the area, it makes the perfect getaway. A 2 ½ block walk has you in the centre of town where you can find restaurants, cafes, and local boutiques.

Casa Rosita is close to great views, restaurants and dining, and family-friendly activities. You’ll love the outdoors space away from traffic noise, yet handy to 3 towns in the area. The nursery directly opposite has a café with good coffee and cakes. There's plenty of wood for the open fire and the hydronic system, which heats the whole place during winter.
