We are down the street from the Rip Curl Store. **This is a residential area located NEXT to the 5 freeway for convenient access. This can cause traffic noise from the 5, however, there are multiple hotels and other vacation rentals on the same street which does not seem to bother many guests.** Easy access to freeway allowing for quick and easy travel to multiple sought-after destinations such as San Diego Zoo, Lego Land, Disneyland and many others! There is a bar conveniently located across the road. If the mood grabs you, you can walk over and enjoy some adult beverages and music. Close to Camp Pendleton, multiple hiking trails, several golf courses and of course, famous Southern California beaches. San Clemente Summer Weekend Trolly - FREE- taking you from a near by stop every 15 minutes all around beautiful San Clemente! Uber, Lyft and taxis are readily available! Amtrak, Pacific Surfliner Route - train - takes you from San Clemente to Sea World, all the way to Downtown San Diego. Heading north, the Surfliner takes you directly through Anaheim, making your ticket to Disneyland worry free. Not to mention, this convenient train will take you all the way to Los Angeles. Walk through a garden path to a newly remodeled and exceptionally equipped spacious town home--just blocks from the downtown village and pier. Your place features a fenced yard, patio, barbecue, parking spot and a wide selection of beach equipment. This is a newly remodeled, spacious, single story, one bedroom home. The space is a duplex and does share a yard with the back unit. The bedroom has a new premium memory foam Queen mattress while the living room sofa coverts to a Full-size bed. The bathroom has a shower/tub combo with separate vanity area. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with all new appliances: refrigerator, dishwasher, garbage disposal, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, blender & coffeemaker. The living area sofa is roomy enough for everyone to sit and enjoy watching the large-screen cable TV. There is a brand new patio seating area with new modern wood fencing and a barbecue right outside to grill your dinner while taking in peek ocean/sunset views. You will have total access to this exceptionally equipped home. The fully fenced front yard is perfect for small children and family to enjoy! There are boogie boards, surfboards, beach chairs, cooler, umbrella and a wagon to pull it all when you walk down the hill for a relaxing day at the beach. There's also off-street parking reserved for one car. Bring your suitcase, buy some groceries and you are all set to enjoy it all! The home is just two short blocks from Ave. Del Mar in downtown village of San Clemente with its Sunday farmers' market, shops, restaurants, library, and post office. It's also a short walk to the family-friendly Linda Lane park, beach and the pier. You can walk to almost anywhere! The beach, the park, the pier, train, restaurants, shopping, coffee houses...you name it, are all a short stroll away. A free Trolley operates Wednesday through Sunday (May 30-Labor Day) from the downtown area to North Beach and the new San Clemente Outlets. One of the great things about San Clemente is its location half-way (approx. one hour drive) between San Diego and Los Angeles. Legoland is 30 min drive south and Disneyland is a 45 min. drive north. It's also a short drive to John Wayne Airport, Newport Beach and Laguna Beach. Dana Point Harbor and San Juan Capistrano are 10 minutes away! San Clemente hosts several festivals and events. There are free Beach Concerts on the sand next to the pier several Thursdays throughout the summer. July 4th celebrations include a huge fireworks display from the pier at 9pm. July 21-22 is the 40th annual Ocean Festival at the pier featuring all sorts of beach competitions, a sand sculpture contest, art show, woody car show, a beach concert & much more! August 12 is the San Clemente Fiesta Music Festival.
