Living in the old village schoolhouse

Our historic school building with its wonderfully high ceilings and thick sandstone walls offers plenty of space (about 130 square meters) for up to four people. It was lovingly ecologically renovated by us until 2013. Downstairs there is a large living room-kitchen, upstairs a cozy small bedroom and a large studio, which can also be used by artistically ambitious guests. From Gräfenhausen you can go mountain biking or walking directly into the Palatinate Forest. The nearest climbing rock is also a 20-minute walk away. In the village there is a small restaurant with village shop and a bakery (both directly opposite the house).

Our over 170 years old former. Farmhouse is located in a central village center location of Queidersbach, right opposite the park-like village square. You will stay in a one-room apartment with kitchen and bathroom. Things of daily use (supermarket, bakeries, butchers, pharmacy, post office, etc.) can be found in a few minutes walk around our house. Fresh eggs are available at the farm next door and a small fruit & vegetable market takes place every Saturday diagonally opposite in the old milk house.

This beautiful architect´s house is located in a quiet residential area surrounded by idyllic vineyards and some of the most beautiful paths for hiking or mountain biking start directly in front of the door. We rent a beautiful house with about 120 square meters away from stress and hustle and bustle. With great wellness bath and sauna house in the forest. The house is located about 1km away from Lviv in the middle of the forest. There is a fireplace stove, a freestanding bathtub and spa shower. The beds are comfortable box spring beds. The second bedroom is on the basement floor and has small slabs. Fireworks and parties do not work for us.

Very comfortable cottage

Small but nice. The 150-year-old farmhouse has been lovingly renovated and can accommodate up to 7 people. On 95 square meters you will find everything you need for the family. Fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, fully automatic coffee machine, ... The attic is accessible by a steep stair, which can be seen in the pictures. In the yard there is a seating area or you can use the public square at the oven house on the opposite side.

Close to nature, 90 m² apartment (house in a single location) in the Palatinate Forest, only 10 minutes by car from the city center of Kaiserslautern. The apartment is on the 1st floor (with stairlift), is bright, modern, well equipped and has its own entrance. It is well suited for both families and the elderly. The vacation home is located on the outskirts of Betzenberg. It has a separate entrance and is located in the basement. The bedroom has a queen-size bed (1.40x2m) and in the living room there is a pull-out sofa bed (1.40x2m), ideal if 1-2 children are traveling.
