Spacious cottage on Lake Starnberg (400 m) in the south of Tutzing. Very quiet location in idyllic garden with pond and stream (therefore not suitable for children). Ground floor: living and dining room, terrace, kitchen, toilet. 1st floor: 2 bedrooms, bathroom, balcony. 2nd floor: 1 bedroom, bathroom, balcony. In the vicinity: lake, beach, shopping center, inn, beer garden, beautiful bike paths. Located directly on the shore of Lake Ammer is our small apartment. Super location, the balcony with lake view and private lake access offer a great stay. Especially children love the sleeping berths, for the comfort a kitchen with dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle provides.
