A holiday in South Tyrol is possible after a car ride of about 98 km via the well-known Timmelsjoch-Hochalpenstrasse in summer. Friendly, bright, quiet Garconniere with balcony. The place is ideal for a stopover in transit. The ski resorts of Kühtai, Seefeld and Hochötz are a 30-minute drive away. Other ski resorts, the Ötztal, a golf course and the Area47 are also very close. The property is located directly on the Inntal Cycling Path. Mötz is about 35 km west of Innsbruck, 25 minutes by car. The train station is 10 minutes walk from the property, Innsbruck can be reached in about 35 minutes by train.

The accommodation is located close to Längenfeld and Sölden on the hamlet Burgstein (~1500m above sea level). Here you will find a beautiful view over Längenfeld. Burgstein is the ideal starting point for cyclists, hikes, climbing and cycling tours in summer. In winter, you can reach the surrounding ski areas in 20 minutes by car.
