  • We had a great time staying at the Bubble Den. Mark greeted us when we arrived and showed us around. The den is great, just as you see in the pictures. It’s an amazing experience being able to look up at the stars at night. Couldn’t recommend it enough!

    Matthew2020-03-17T00:00:00Z
  • Such a unique experience. We had a great time! The stars at night are amazing to see lying from a warm cosy bed. Such a relaxing place. Would definitely recommend. Mark was a great host and responded to any queries straight away.

    Janice2020-03-13T00:00:00Z
  • This is absolutely breathtaking! You will not be disappointed. There’s no way to describe how incredible this place is.

    Lauren2020-03-10T00:00:00Z
  • This was such a special place. Mark was incredibly welcoming. We stayed when it was cold outside but were very warm with the heaters and heat blanket! Would highly recommend this experience!

    Courtney2020-03-06T00:00:00Z
  • The Dome is a stunning place that gave us a night to relax during all of our traveling. It was breathtaking to sleep under the stars. We played games and enjoyed s’mores by the fire pit. The dome was a bit chilly when we arrived but was easy to stay warm with a heated mattress pad that kept us warm all night long. However, walking around the dome was chilly, (early March) so make sure to bring warm clothes (socks especially) if going during cooler months. Mark has a lot of blankets to help keep you warm. It’s beautifully decorated and everything has been thought of. A breakfast hamper was left for us in the morning that was quite tasty. If you are on the fence about renting the dome-DO IT!!! It is 100% worth it.

    Jessica2020-03-03T00:00:00Z
  • Nothing else than I can say other than it was just an amazing experience start to finish, Mark is such a friendly guy and nothing is any bother,Above and beyond what I expected!

    Melissa2020-03-02T00:00:00Z
  • Great spot, even on a rainy/windy night!

    Cillian2020-03-01T00:00:00Z

The location is excellent for a quiet getaway and we will definitely be back in the summer time to enjoy the other amenities available; the Hot tub and the gin tin !!! The booking process was simple and easy and we always got a quick response if we needed anything. 10/10 would recommend.

  • The Pod is an incredible place. This is so lovely and cosy. We spent an amazing time there. Thank you again !

    Mathilde2020-02-27T00:00:00Z
  • We stayed in The Pod at Chris's place and I would highly recommend it. The Pod was cosy, warm and had everything that we needed. The breakfast was a really nice touch and there was even the option of using the jacuzzi. There is a smart tv in the room so you can watch Netflix, etc. We were able to check into the room ourselves and were left to ourselves but knew Chris was available if we needed anything. I would definitely come back and stay again 😄

    Laura2020-02-24T00:00:00Z
  • We really enjoyed our stay at the Pod. Everything was perfect!

    Adam2020-02-18T00:00:00Z
  • Wonderful night away! Very stylish and beautifully finished, with lovely bed linen, towels and bathroom products. Really cosy and great to have a tv to watch films. Very handy to have the fridge and other amenities to bring along your own bits and pieces, but there were pancakes, butter and milk left. Overall I would highly recommend this for a lovely cosy night away to escape from busy day to day life!

    Phoebe2020-02-16T00:00:00Z
  • Great hosts. Very helpful and kind. Wonderful stay. We look forward to going back.

    Geraldine2020-02-15T00:00:00Z
  • Myself and my boyfriend had a great experience staying at The Pod. The place was absolutely spotless and was such a modern yet cosy environment. The jacuzzi was a nice touch to have on such a cold night. The thoughtful extra ideas such as stuff for breakfast was lovely. Would love to return to Chris’s place some time in the future.

  • Had the best girls night in the Black Shack!! So cute and cosy! Amazing value as well!

    Clare2020-03-08T00:00:00Z
  • The Black Shack is warm, cosy and very comfortable. The log burner was fab! We were given a big bag of logs firefighters and sticks. The kitchen is equipped with coffee machine, fridge, microwave & hob. Cleaning supplies and plenty of cutlery & utensils were supplied. Our breakfast was left for us; milk, cereal, pancakes, butter & jams. The gin tin & hot tub outside were an added touch. Outside was lit with fairy lights and we had a great nights sleep in the comfy beds! The shower was hot and we were supplied with towels. Shampoo conditioner shower gel & soap were also available. Absolute bargain of a getaway, we’ll definitely be back!

    Clare2020-03-01T00:00:00Z
  • My wife Steph and I had a class overnight stay in the Black Shack to kick off her 30th birthday celebrations The weather was cold and wet but the shack was cosy and warm and we really did feel relaxed the whole time we were there - we even enjoyed a BBQ in the gin tin with views of the mountains! (the Sperrin bakery pancakes were an epic touch for breakfast the next day as well) We will 100% be back again and would recommend you check it out for yourself for a getaway that's all about "good vibes" and chilling out👌

    Stephen2020-02-28T00:00:00Z
  • The Black Shack was just stunning, such a cute, romantic place to stay. The accommodation was just perfect, from the views to the log burner to the hottub!! Loved our stay - would highly recommend - will not disappoint!!!

  • Wonderful property with the most welcoming hosts. Our stay at Alan and Hilary’s was memorable, two lovely people, a beautiful house and a fabulous breakfast. Unbelievable value. Highly recommended.

    Deirdre2020-03-07T00:00:00Z
  • We had the most amazing experiences with the host. We had the perfect trip in Northern Ireland because of their kindness and hospitality. The house was so lovely and they provided the best Irish breakfast every morning. They also gave us the good tips to travel around Northern Ireland so that we didn’t miss anything we wanted to do! I highly recommend this host because what we enjoyed the most during the trip is chatting with the hosts, Alan and Hilary! The BEST Airbnb in the world!

    Chigusa2020-03-02T00:00:00Z

    Gerald2020-02-27T00:00:00Z
  • Well what can we say that other guests haven't already said? We can tell you to believe every word and get booking! What a beautiful home and exceptionally lovely hosts. From the minute we arrived until we left we wanted for nothing! Alan and Hillary will feel like old friends within the first 10 minutes of meeting them. The house itself is just beautiful with so many interesting features. The open fire is a special touch that just sets the tone for a very relaxed and welcoming stay.

  • This bed and breakfast went above and beyond what I expected! After having stayed in a self catering apartment previously, it was so refreshing to come to this warm and inviting home. Beautifully decorated with a warm fire and lovely hosts to make us feel at home when we were so tired from our drive. Breakfast was amazing and Alan had some great tips for sightseeing and some hilarious jokes. Couldn’t have been more pleased. Truly wonderful people

We provide Bothy style accommodation in an old converted barn. It is somewhere to cook, sleep and shower. We are situated in a beautiful central location. BEDDING IS NOT SUPPLIED. We can supply bedding bundles at £2 pp[sleeping bag, liner, pillow].
For all your sight seeing, hill walking and general outdoor pursuits requirements we provide muddy boot-friendly accommodation. OUR AIM IS TO FREE UP YOUR BUDGET FOR THE FUN STUFF AND NOT WASTE IT ON THE LYING DOWN STUFF. As a travelling mountain biker, fisherman and general outdoorsy type, it always struck me how little budget muddy boot friendly accommodation there is in this country when Scotland, England and Wales have it in spades. So speaking as an outdoor pursuits enthusiast I don't need doilies, trouser press and a row of stars on the front door of my accommodation. Just somewhere warm, dry a good shower and at a reasonable price. We already have a fishery here where there is a small campsite but for those doing something more physically demanding, a tent isn't always the first choice. this is where our converted barn "BURT'S BOTHY" comes in. It is old and not fancy but it has a solid fuel stove for heat and cooking, a hot shower, 6 beds, a TV and playstation. No doilies or trouser press and the only stars you might see will be in the night sky. We have secure lockup and wash bay. Bedding is not supplied, but for those who are traveling light and dont have sleeping bags, bedding bundles can be supplied at a cost of £2 pp. They consist of a sleeping bag and liner[double or single] also pillow and pillow case.
WE are nestled in the foot hills of the Sperrin hills with views right over co Antrim. The town land is called Glenullin {glen of the eagle} and is just over a mile away from the old market town of Garvagh. It is a hill farming area with a strong sense of community and a relaxed pace. While there are lots of things to do the area lends itself self very well to just kicking back and soaking up the solitude.
  • I don't want to sing Burt's praises too much because it'll always be booked when I want to use it but it's by far the best place I stay at!

    Roy2020-03-12T00:00:00Z
  • A handy accommodation suitable for walkers, hikers and dog owners especially. Felt like an escape from the norm, even though there was wi-fi, a hot shower and plenty of dvds to choose from! Recommended for those with four-legged friends.

    David2020-03-07T00:00:00Z
  • Was absolutely brilliant,Burt is an amazing person,Helping you with everything you need,Great location .

  • We are just back from a weekend at "The Bothy" and it was an amazing stay! Burt stopped to chat to us during the weekend and is really lovely. He had the fire lit for our arrival which was really welcoming given the weather. To be able to have our dogs stay with us made it even better. Plus it was exactly as described. We met the 2 wee resident dogs and the peacocks. Sadly the weather was against us so we stayed indoors mostly but still had a fantastic stay. We will most definitely be back again in the warmer weather.

    Kerri2020-02-23T00:00:00Z
  • Perfect location for a little get-away. Very helpful and friendly host that can provide you with all the information you need. We enjoyed our stay a lot and would definitely recommend it!

    Julie2020-02-08T00:00:00Z
  • We had an amazing stay at the Bothy, we were amazed by the space that we stayed in and how homely and cosy it was. It was an added benefit being able to take our dogs with us for the night, they enjoyed it just as much as we did! We will definitely be back to stay soon, such an amazing gem sitting right on our doorstep. Amazing!!

The Dark Hedges is a 10 minute drive. Londonderry is a 40 minute drive, proving Ballymoney very central position for exploring this area of Northern Ireland. The Byre is an old stone built cattle shed which is converted to an accommodation block with fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms which sleep five, bathroom and living room. It has its own private parking and is well of the main Road with panoramic views of County Antrim .
The accommodation is cosy with oil fired central heating. It is geared towards the outdoorsy type of traveller by keeping things functional rather than fussy. There are walks close by, both in Errigal Glen and Garvagh forest. We are set on a 5 acre site with its own fishing lakes and an uninterrupted view for many miles. Yes it is reasonably remote with little light pollution for star gazing and no road noise at all.
We are 2 miles from Garvagh town which has shops, restaurants and bars. Giants Causeway and the north coast is a 30/40 minute drive, the walled City of Londonderry 30 minutes and Belfast 50 minutes.

Hi I look forward to inviting you to my home. It is a cosy bungalow in the country approx. 2 miles from Magherafelt with terrific views of the Sperrin Mountains. Come and relax and unwind on the veranda and enjoy spectacular sunsets, or just sit in my cosy living room and watch a good movie on Netflix. I have 2 rooms with a double bed in each. Just to confirm, I live in the house so you would be sharing the house with me, with your own private room and use of guest bathroom.
Within easy access to Belfast International Airport (40mins), Belfast City Airport (1 Hr) Belfast City Centre 50 mins, Londonderry City 55 mins, walking, golfing at Moyola Golf Park, The newly opened Seamus Heaney Centre, very convenient for travelling to any of our beautiful N. Ireland tourist attractions. If guests are travelling with their dog then I must limit this to two dogs only, and they will be welcome to stay in the kitchen/utility area at bedtime. Please advise me if you are bringing your dog before arrival.
Enjoy an early morning or late evening walk in our beautiful countryside or just enjoy a relaxing evening reading on the veranda.

A light and airy home. Full of love and positive energy. A great base to travel to some of Northern Ireland's most famous landmarks. A short walk to the local bus stop and train station. You'll always get a warm welcome when you come to stay.
It's a warm welcoming home with lots of colour and flavours from my travels across the world from Africa to Asia. Most of my photos are my own from beautiful locations I've visited.
I live in a lovely quiet area with plenty of greenery and beautiful sunsets visible from the living room.

The room is very comfortable, the shower in the private bathroom is a pleasure and they have everything for breakfast right there. What else to ask for? Thank you!

  • This place was was SPECTACULAR!! If you’re looking to stay in this area, look no further! If this place is available during the dates you’re interested in, snatch it up ASAP! It is by far the nicest place we stayed during our whole vacation! The place was immaculate and trendy! There were so many nice, thoughtful, considerate touches throughout the place. I don’t have a single bad thing to say about this place. Absolutely amazing!

  • I can’t say enough great things about Rebecca’s place. The home is beautiful! We really appreciate how well stocked it was, especially in the kitchen as my wife loves to cook! Beds were comfy, the house was immaculate. We have stayed in many Airbnb’s over the years and this far exceeded our expectations. Thank you again!

    Donal2020-03-01T00:00:00Z
  • Lovely cosy comfortable house. The reason we use Airbnb is for houses like this. 'A home away from home.' The extra touches were appreciated too. The house is on a busy road, but the thoughtfully provided earplugs helps that. Also have private parking at the back was great. You can walk to some shop & restaurants, very convenient. Would highly recommend this house.

Plus, the fully stocked kitchen as well as all the amenities in the bathroom (toothpaste, hairspray, shampoo, lotion, etc.) were really great! Hope to come back soon :)

  • June cottage is lovely!! So clean and cozy with a fully equipped kitchen, heated blankets, and a toasty fire. Loved it.

    Elizabeth2020-03-03T00:00:00Z
  • Great stay as always in the cottage. Third time staying, great for a night away. Very clean, comfortable beds and June always has the fire lit for arrival.

    Aaron2020-03-01T00:00:00Z
  • June was such a friendly host with great suggestions for local food and places to visit. There was a cozy fire going upon arrival that took a bit of tending but kept the cottage warm in the evening. That did seem to be the only source of heating as it was rather cool in the morning (it was a February though, so not unexpected) but all the more reason to get about your day. The beds were provided with electric blankets which were a boon. A quick reminder that there is not WiFi and my cell reception was weak, perfect if your looking to get away from it all.

  • Donna's reception was warm and inviting, the room was extremely cosy, modern and everything we needed for our short stay. The check in process was seemless, Donna was very hospitable and flexible. Its a beautiful relaxing location, great value for money, highly recommended.

  • The room was very clean and very comfortable. The very quiet location. Very good services The hardest thing was to get home, it's not where the web says. Better pay attention to the photos and the house number.

  • Very clean and modern. Wonderful room, comfortable bed, excellent hospitality. Highly recommend!

  • We didn’t get to meet Donna, but we were greeted by her very friendly and helpful cousin who was working at the farm, who then introduced us to Donna’s sister, who was also friendly and helpful. Loved the farm location with the sounds of sheep and cows in the morning. The space was perfect for us, super clean and comfy and lovely outlook. The location was quiet and secluded but was also an easy 20min drive to Bellaghy , where we were attending a concert at the Seamus Heaney venue. Thanks for making our trip to Northern Ireland even better !! Nicky and Steve

    Nicky2019-08-02T00:00:00Z
  • For us, the location was perfect since we were in the area visiting relatives. The room is lovely! The décor and personal touches (extra towels and bathrobes) made us feel like we were at a spa. One note about the Google Maps directions - those had us at our destination several minutes before we got to Donna's gate...be sure to keep going until you see her entrance (she provided a picture of the gate with their property number so we knew when we had really arrived).

    Mary2019-07-23T00:00:00Z
  • Friendly host and a lovely remote location to relax

    Stephen2019-07-14T00:00:00Z
  • Donn and Nicky are wonderful hosts. The room was spotless and really comfortable with a cute little kitchen for meals. The location is spectacular and there is plenty to do close by; great pubs and meals and the Giants causeway and the Carrick rope bridge are only 50 minutes away. I definitely recommend staying with Donna and Nicky.

We are sorry to say that until the Covid19 pandemic is resolved we are unable to accept any new bookings. Rusheyhill Loft, is in Rusheyhill Apiary, a private eco-friendly conservation/biodiversity/project. We have 10 acres of wildflower meadows and forest in a secluded rural location near Ballymoney. The loft is the only guest house and is seperate from the main house which is an ecoCourse/Game of Thrones locations/dark hedges/NW200/Ulster Grand Prix/ Joeys bar.
The loft is brand new and fully equipped. Washing Machine, dish washer, fridge/freezer, TV etc. Guests have a terrace, a small private garden and full access to the whole estate.
We keep honeybees on the estate, and we can offer an introduction to beekeeping lesson with a qualified beekeeping tutor. Guests have their own private garden and full access to the whole estate. But for their own safety, must stay 10 meters away from the beehives
  • Beautiful place in very peaceful surroundings. Really well equipped. Hosts were very welcoming and the tour of the aipary and jar of honey a lovely extra touch

  • This was our second time staying with Alan and Hillary and it was perfect! They are lovely people with the most charming home. The breakfast is also delicious! Highly recommend if you are exploring the north coast and need a place to stay!

    Rachel2019-10-20T00:00:00Z
  • Nice old and stylished house. Alan and his wife are very enthusiastic hosts that will give you plenty of nice recommendations about what to have a look at during your stay. Thanks guys for you warm welcoming!

    Annabelle2019-10-01T00:00:00Z
  • Alan is such a superstar, he was such a lovely and enthusiastic host, giving us lots of tips for where to go on our Irish road trip. The house is beautiful with so much interesting furniture and niknaks everywhere. He made us an amazing breakfast too, we could pick what we liked and he even picked up my friend some gluten free bread! What a star! We also used the kitchen to make some dinner and chatted with guests in other rooms who were also lovely. Wish we'd been able to stay more than one night.

    Steph2019-09-22T00:00:00Z
  • Me and hubby love everything about this place, from lovely pink vintage theme of our room to friendly cheerful environment. Alan is the best host you could ever meet. His cooked breakfast is soo delicious and will keep your tummy full for at least half day. We enjoyed his stories and local tips, especially the pub where we were welcomed as their own. It's a home away from home. The kitchen where you can cook or just hang around chatting is huge and modern. And Alan told us not to do the dishes after cooking, just load it up in the dishwasher. You would be soo spoiled after coming back from there, not having to worry about breakfast & dishes. Downstairs, there is a large TV room and a room with Piano which you can play too. The lovely pink vintage themed room got everything we need, from coffee making facilities to the pink bath tub. We could even use the huge bathroom beside our room if we prefer shower. The town is quite closed to famous places such as dark hedges, giant causeway and is favourable for a stopover when you are doing the Causeway Coastal Route.

  • We had a beautiful stay at Alans place, the pictures do not do his house justice! Alan is a welcoming host and has lots of tips and stories about the area and all of Northern Ireland. I can not recommend staying here enough, wish we would have come here sooner and for a longer time, will definitely come back!

    Wiebke2019-09-11T00:00:00Z
  • Alan is an exceptional host. The room was original, clean and luxurious. Alan's welcome was warm and he advised us on different tours with some tips. Without exaggerating I can say it was better than a hotel. The price is really low compared to the equipment and the service. Big point for the typical Irish breakfast that Alan has concocted. By far the best Airbnb.

My place is close to the North Coast which is renowned for its beauty and golf facilities, Game of Thrones locations, Giant's Causeway, beaches, fishing and walking. It is located approx. 40 minutes from Belfast International airport and Derry. You’ll love my place because of the peaceful surroundings and its central location. The Brown Trout Inn is close by which has golf facilities and a restaurant. Ireland's oldest thatched pub with traditional music, The Crosskeys Inn, is close by.
My home is set in mature gardens with a farm, ideal for those seeking quiet and peaceful surroundings. The house dates from 1840 and is full of character and original features. I can accommodate young children by putting a mattress on the floor of the bedroom. I have another bedroom in a similar listing so can accommodate families.
Aghadowey is rural but nowhere is too far away. The Brown Trout inn is close by - less than 1 mile away. It has a bar, restaurant and golf facilities...thoroughly recommended for its delicious food.
  • It is a great experience in the Irish countryside with good advice for visits. Simplicity and friendliness are at the rendezvous.

  • Beautiful, quaint home in a lovely area and a lovely host.

    R2020-02-17T00:00:00Z
  • I feel cheated that we didn't have more time to spend at Rozzy's because I would have loved to have been there for a week. The house is not perfect--it's a house on a farm, after all. But if you have a love of history, any slight aesthetic gaps are well-overcome by the gorgeous bones of the place and the maps and original, antique art on the walls. The biggest draw, however, is Rozzy herself. She is warm, easy to talk to (would have spent days in her dining room over a pot of tea had we not had other obligations), and very accommodating. Her hospitality was wonderful, and her attention to our son--who found lots of toys available for him to play with--was so appreciated. She took our 4 year old out to feed the cows and sheep and then sent us pics she had taken. He did NOT want to leave either. (Parents, if you've never booked on a farm, do it...and choose this one). Breakfast was simple, but frankly, just the home-baked bread is enough of a draw. We are planning another trip to N. Ireland because we missed some sights, and will be staying with Rozzy again! Thanks, Rozzy and Hermione!

    Laura2019-10-30T00:00:00Z
  • It was like visiting your favourite aunt. Our stay was pleasant, Rozzy was a lovely host with a lot of tips for someone visiting the coast, and a nice conversation partner. We will definetely visit her again when we're around.

    Łukasz2019-10-28T00:00:00Z
  • The place is really warm and typical...and the bed...is like to sleep in the cloud. One of the softest you could ever try! Rozzy is a really nice and interesting person, hope to see her again!

    Simone2019-10-26T00:00:00Z
  • Rozzy is so kind and helpful to know the area. Beds are amazing! And her wheaten bread is some of the best we had.

    Andrea2019-10-10T00:00:00Z
  • The house dates from 1840. The experience is unique and Rozzy is very welcoming. For a quiet place I recommend this house. The bathroom is private and clean. Thanks for everything Rozzy.

    Caroline2019-09-11T00:00:00Z
  • Our stay at Rozzy's was perfect. The room was exactly as in the picture and beds super comfy. We could not meet Rozzy but she was in constant communication so we weren't lost.

Roy and Iris are the most generous and hospitable hosts I have ever come across. The apartment is spacious and spotlessly clean. Thoughtful touches with cereals, milk, bread and other snacks available on arrival. Highly recommend to all and I hope that one day I can return. Own transport is essential

  • Incredible home! A dainty and well styled, comfortable home, in a great location close to Giants Causeway, Dark Hedges & The Rope Bridge. Quiet & peaceful, well equipped, with a gorgeous fireplace and incredible garden. So many little touches in the home upon entering made it a special experience and a top quality AirBnB. This is what a true 5 star place should be like. We met both Roy and Iris briefly, genuinely lovely people. Iris gave us a great tip to go to Murlough Bay, and wow - what a gorgeous place for a walk. Would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone coming over to Northern Ireland. Thanks Roy & Iris, Chris

  • A friendly welcome awaits you by the hosts. Clean and fresh home with everything you need at hand when staying in a bed and breakfast. Great recommendations from John for the area and also very knowledgeable in the history of the area. Easy access to local town.

  • We enjoyed our stay at John‘s and Ruth‘s house so much. We would definitely come back, because we felt like home. We had great talks with those two lovely hosts. They gave us great tips what we have to see. Ballymoney is a great location to do trips to the sights of Northern Ireland. Our room was very nice and clean. We even had our own bathroom which was quite spacious. We loved the breakfast with granola, fresh fruits and tea or coffee. We highly recommend this accommodation. Thank you for everything. • Thank you to John and Ruth for an excellent stay. John is extremely knowledgeable about the local area and helped us plan a route to continue our journey. B&B and a tour guide in one! Would highly recommend and will definitely be back.

  • I cannot recommend this lovely place enough. It's absolutely spotless, has everything you need, and spectacular views. You're not far from most things, supermarket a short drive away not that you'll see many cars 😁 Margaret (owner) popped round to make sure we had everything we needed. What an absolute treasure Margaret is. So lovely. Margaret had also left us a wonderful hamper with wheaten bread (which I now love and packed my rucksack to go home), pancakes, fruit, milk etc. I real treat. We will definitely go back as we are looking to relocate and this is an ideal base. Thank you Margaret 💜💜💜💜

  • Heath View Cottage is beautiful and cozy. It is a wonderful base from which to explore and all the little touches made it feel tremendously homey. Thank you!

  • Heath View Cottage is all that it says it is and more. Set in beautiful rural Co Derry it is close to all amenities and a short drive to The Seamus Heaney Visitor Centre. The house is spotlessly clean and has everything you need as well as some lovely thoughtful touches inc local food products breakfast dressing gowns slippers. We especially enjoyed the open fire left set for us and extra fuel if required....what a lovely treat of a cold frosty January evening! That's just the building... But the icing on the cake was Margaret the host. From the moment we walked in the door she made us feel so welcome. She is a really lovely warm person and a natural host.

    Michael2020-01-18T00:00:00Z

  • BOOK THIS RIGHT NOW. 120% the nicest place with the absolute nicest air bnb hosts you are EVER going to meet. My husband and I stayed at 10 different air bnbs during our time in Ireland, Scotland and Northern Ireland. The Heath View was by far our favourite. Margaret and Jack left beautiful tips on what to do and where to eat, have decorated their place with great care and detail and went above and beyond in every single category. Also the location is amazing! Right smack dab in the middle of Northern Ireland. Perfect for day trips to every location! We enjoyed the north coast, with such a warm cozy space to lay our heads. Equip with everything you need! My husband and I loved Northern Ireland, and after staying at this air bnb are already planning and saving to come back and staying even longer at this air bnb! I can’t express enough the amazing communication, thoughtfulness and true hospitality involved in this amazing air bnb.

Sperrin View Room is a bright modern double en-suite bedroom. There is a lovely outlook across rolling fields towards mountains and Lough Neagh. It is situated on the 1st floor of our family home but it has all its own private facilities. Often we don’t see guests coming or going and everyone has reported a quiet and peaceful stay.
Guests enter via our front door which is seldom used by our family and our area is screened off by frosted glass. The room and kitchenette are upstairs beside each other. Guests have exclusive use of a beautiful en-suite bedroom and fully kitted out kitchenette for breakfast:snack preparation. Bathrobes and fluffy white towels and bed linen are provided for that hotel feel!
The house is situated in a area of outstanding beauty called Carntogher. There are many beautiful walks nearby through woodland or mountain treks.

  • We stayed for one night at Rhondas place and we can absolutely recommend this place! After long day of hiking this place really felt like home, with a comfi couch and a kitchen. Rhonda and her partner were extremely welcoming and friendly. 10+!!

  • Nice room in a house with a sweet and peaceful atmosphere, very cozy. Quiet area and easy access from Coleraine. No parking on the property but the possibility of parking in the street which is very busy because of deadlock. For stays a little longer, it lacks a piece of furniture to store his clothes and his belongings. Everything is available for breakfast in the kitchen. Very good contact with Rhonda and Josh. Arrival and departure can be done in their absence, with the presence of a key box on the outside.

  • Rachel’s house was one of our best Airbnb adventure. It is cosy, with beautiful tiny details and you have everything that you need to have a great stay! Comfortable bed, cute rooms, spacious bathroom with perfect hot shower, generous breakfast, nice peaceful neighbourhood. We were sorry to stay just for one night. Highly recommended place to stay!

  • We enjoyed our stay at Rachel’s beautiful place very much. Her kitchen is very well equipped so we were able to cook a nice dinner and had great breakfast in the morning with a view to the beautiful garden. Everything was very clean and carefully thought of and Rachel was great host!

    Clara2019-10-01T00:00:00Z
  • I absolutely recommend staying at Rachel’s place. The location was perfect for exploring the Causeway Coast and Rachel had some great suggestions for places we needed to see. The room is very comfortable and we had everything we needed. There was no other guest so we had the bathroom to ourselves. We cook dinner most nights and were able to use everything we needed in the kitchen and even use the dishwasher to clean up! Rachel was very hospitable, making sure we were comfortable, letting us use the front living room in the evening, and making sure our car was parked in the driveway and off the road. We did do laundry which she charges a small fee for, but it was worth it to have clean laundry quickly. Absolutely recommend staying at Rachel’s place!

Our house is a bright, modern bungalow surrounded by grassy garden on all sides. It’s a 10-minute walk from Ballymoney centre, but the country setting means it’s always quiet and peaceful. There’s safe parking space too. The room itself is nice and private, furnished with everything you need and gets lots of natural sunlight. We call it "The West Wing" as it has direct access from outside, it has its own ensuite bathroom and kitchen/sunroom access away from the main part of the house.
In town there’s shops, lots of coffee shops, restaurants, and good supermarkets, but bear in mind it is a small town – it won’t have all the city’s amenities but you will get a very warm welcome! There’s also a train station that connects directly to Belfast, Derry, and the north coast. If you’ve got a car, we’re only a short drive from some beautiful sites like the Giants Causeway, the Dark Hedges, Mussenden Temple, and Portrush.
  • Annette genuinely went out of her way to make our stay with her amazing. Her house is stunning, a short walk to Ballymoney centre and is at the heart of Northern Ireland. A short drive to the Giants Causeway and the surrounding attractions. We can't thank Annette enough for her hospitality and company.

  • Stay much better than expected, Annette an exquisite and very helpful person, both for advice on what to visit in the area and on trying to reserve a place for a pub in the village for dinner, given the late driving with us. Top, thanks for everything !!! Ps: superlative breakfast !!!!!!!

  • I can’t the hospitality we received from Annette and Peter. Came as paying guests left as friends

  • Annette and Peter are really lovely, easy going hosts. Their home is very stylish, modern and clean. We were welcomed like friends and they were very thoughtful. We had a key and were able to come and go as we pleased. We were given very good tips for dining and sightseeing. They lit the log burner when we arrived as it was chilly and provided an umbrella so that we could negotiate the rain without getting drenched. I am sure they would have organised the weather too had that been within their power. The breakfasts were the best on our trip through Ireland. We would recommend staying here without reservation.

  • Staying with Annette was the one of the best parts of our entire trip to Ireland! Her and her husband were incredibly kind and made traveling to a foreign country feel like home. Their home is beautiful and our room was perfectly clean. They were so hospitable and helpful with ideas of what to do. Their place was a quick drive to many of the things we wanted to do (dark hedges, giant's causeway, Bushmill's, etc) and also a short walk to the quaint little downtown of Ballymoney with bars/restaurants. We will definitely be staying with them on our next trip to Ireland!

This is an airy bright room It has a living area also for quiet relaxation. This stunning Edwardian house offers space, comfort and luxurious design. Situated in Ballymoney, it is only a 5 minute walk to the local train system or a short 10 minute drive to all local attractions - including Game of Thrones set, the North Coast etc.
The house is old and quirky with lots of architectural features. It has a large garden. There are two stunning rooms and the pictures are an indication of the room type .
  • Great stay with Alan and his wife, they are really warm and very caring, and their house is really great!

  • My wife and I have been to many places but none of them have impressed us so much like Alan’s house. The hospitality, the beautiful house, the great location to explore the wonderful places in this magic country, the fantastic breakfast served by him and his wife were outstanding to say the least. This is the place we felt the most welcomed so far. I highly recommend it!

  • We enjoyed a wonderful four night stay here. The host and his daughter were extremely personable and welcoming. The house is beautifully appointed and characterful, and ideal for exploring the north coast.

  • Alan’s house is absolutely beautiful. It’s well set up for visitors, and easy to find. Check in was easy, the room was lovely and comfortable. We were well taken care of while we were staying and got some great tips for things to do while we were in the area. It was the best stay we had on our month long trip of Ireland :)
