Disneyland (Maihama station) is 3.8 km away, about 8 minutes by car, 15 minutes by bus, and about 50 minutes on foot. It is also an ideal base for sightseeing, with easy access to major tourist destinations such as Tokyo Station (Otemachi Station), Ginza, Shinjuku, Shibuya, and Asakusa from Urayasu Station. There are many restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, etc. around the nearest Urayasu station, so I don't think you'll have any trouble with meals or daily shopping. There is also a convenience store and a supermarket a 3-minute walk from your room, and a pharmacy and a restaurant within a 10-minute walk. Please use the coin-operated parking lot in the neighborhood if you come by car. The price of the nearby coin parking lot ranges from 700 yen to 1,500 yen for 24 hours. There is a coin laundry next to the room, and only parking lot No. 4 in the parking lot there has no maximum fee set because it is a priority for coin laundry users. Please check the price in advance when entering the parking lot.

There is also a convenience store, a large supermarket, yakiniku, all-you-can-eat shabu-shabu, Saizeriya, and McDonald's within a 5-minute walk.
