In a separate small building behind our house, you’ll have your own living room/kitchen, separate bedroom, and bathroom. There's free public on-street parking in front of the house. You'll be right next to the Palais des Congrès and the Auditorium, and a short tram ride to the train station, university, and hospital. Nearby supermarkets and other shops. Discover our beautiful city of Dijon by staying in the center of all the places to visit: 10 min walk to the train station, 15 min to the city center, 5 min to the gastronomic city, at the foot of the canal and its pretty promenade and 20 min to Lake Kir. At the foot of the apartment you will find all amenities: pharmacy, grocery store, bus stop, tram stop, paid parking spaces.

Ideally located 7 km from the city center, 5 km from the Zenith Arena and 6 km from the gastronomic city and 7 km from the Norges Golf Course as well as 5 km from the Valmy business center. Our cottage has its own entrance and consists of a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with double bed and desk area, bathroom, toilet. You also have the option to request a crib. Linens provided.
