You've moved into Svendborg's Latin Quarter with the nicest view. If you start with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine here, you can hardly detach yourself to experience the rest of the city. Stunning views of the wooden ship bridge with the archipelago ferry service from both the living room and the 1st floor. Lovely little garden and secluded terrace. But should you have time, the townhouse is one minute walk from the city center, cafes, restaurants, beach and bridge, ferries, train and bus. Min 2 days. Not suitable for people with walking disabilities due to stairs.

Here, a newly renovated apartment is rented on the 1st floor — near Svendborg Centrum, the Archipelago Trail and much more. The apartment has its own entrance, small kitchen, dining area and living room with sea view, 2 x double bedrooms, WC & bath. Possibility of bedding in living room. On the south-facing terrace overlooking the strait there is also the possibility to sit outside and possibly light up the grill. Note: We have a dog (peaceful labrador) on the ground floor.

The little house is close to the sea. There is a private entrance, living room with kitchenette, sleeping alcove and bathroom. You'll have a sunny terrace to yourself. There is a fridge, electric kettle, toaster, microwave, dishes and cutlery (NOT stove). There is a really big garden you can get lost in, a shared barbecue area, tranquility and silence and views of the fjord. Great for cycling holidays, trout fishing, hiking, birds singing and nature. You are tea on the Baltic Sea Route, Øhavstien and it is a 15-20 minute drive to Faaborg and Svendborg.

Small unique annex by the lake.

Cozy annexe, situated beautifully at Ollerup lake. The annex was built in 2021 with raw brick walls and wooden ceilings, which gives a very special atmosphere. There is a new 140x 200cm bed in the living room, as well as a loft with the possibility of 2 overnight guests. There is a private entrance, large wooden terrace and access to Ollerup lake and garden. You can borrow a rowing boat. The house is an old school building from 1805, and is located at the western foot of the gently sloping church hill in the lovely village of Krarup. Our 50sqm guest apartment is small but cozy and has everything you need :) It’s attached to the main house, where we live in with our dog Sam. We share the beautiful garden with our guests. Our place is located in the idelic countryside of SydFyn, only 350m away from the sea. You will wake up to the singing of the birds and a peaceful view out to the water and fields. Hyggelig ferielejlighed på 110m2, som er nyistandsat og meget rummelig. Den indeholder badeværelse, stort køkken og stor stue, hvorfra der er skøn udsigt over Nakkebølle fjord. Derudover indeholder lejligheden soveværelse og repos på 1.sal med henholdsvis 180 cm, 120 cm og 90 cm seng. Egen terrasse og masser af græsplæne at boltre sig på. Terrassen er nyanlagt i april 2022 og havemøblerne er ligeledes fra april 2022 (se sidste billede).

Newly restored for a long time in rural surroundings near the village Ulbølle, in the middle between Svendborg and Fåborg. The accommodation consists of two good rooms and a very large fully equipped kitchen-room. In addition, the bathroom with shower and washing machine.
