Composed of living room, bright kitchen with sea view balcony and bathroom. About twenty steps to reach the apartment. The country offers peace and tranquility. The beach can be reached by car or on foot along a path between the bands in 20/30 minutes. Tourist tax of € 1 per day per guest up to a maximum of € 7 No public transport , a car is recommended

Spacieux appartement tout confort de 4 couchages situé au dernier étage avec ascenseur d'une résidence de standing front mer. Vous pourrez jouir d'une merveilleuse vue sur la mer, le Port de Garavan et les montagnes depuis la belle terrasse de 20m. Vous serez à 2 minutes à pied de la gare des trains de Menton Garavan et du supermarché ainsi que des nombreuses plages privées et de la fameuse plage publique "Les Sablettes". Garage fermé à disposition aussi pour garer une petite voiture.
