The apartment is great for couples or families up to 3 persons. Located by the pine forest and 200m from the sea it is a great place for relax. It is a quiet location with no traffic at the end of a dead end street. 2 x Bikes are included in offer so you can explore South Istria. We give extra cleaning effort as you can see from the reviews. 1 Kayak (1 per.) & SUP & 1 shared kayak are included in the offer. Visiting the nearby islands is something special as well. It is newly restaurated (May 2017.) and has separate entrance and little yard with table and chairs in whitch you can chillin and enjoying fresh air. You have a free parking space in front of Apartment. A modern equipped kitchen (electric stove and refrigerator with freezer) will help you to enjoy your cooking on holiday. A pleasant stay in the house gives you air conditioning and contact with rest of the world, free WIFI.

Viridis is a 4 stars studio apartment in a house and it has a huge private garden, a jacuzzi, a terrace with BBQ and a beautiful view to the woods. It is a perfect destination for those who search privacy and a quiet green place for relaxing. Our guests are provided by 2 bikes, a pikado and a table tennis. The nearest beach distes 1km and market too. You can reach amazing beaches in 5 -8 min by car and the old Pula city centar in 5 min. The apartment is very new. Come and enjoy :)
