Each apartment is 70m2 and equipped with 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms, living room, equipped kitchen, centrally heated with underfloor heating, AC, wi-fi, heated outdoor swimming pool (seasonal) and grill. The rooftop top on two building has sitting area and jacuzzi available for all the guests ( seasonal). The property is located in a prestigious location only 400 m away from the sea and the beach. There is also a grocery store nearby ( 50m)

--Apartment is located in a beautiful house just a few minutes after crossing the bridge. --One bedroom, and small living room with kitchen, AC, washing machine, dishwasher, small balcony. --200 meters away from the beach. --There is a small balcony that you enter from the bedroom. The balcony looks over a beautiful garden. --Since 2022 the house is connected to city water supply as such this house has drinkable water - only about 30% of the island is connected to city water supply.
