Loved Rob I and his cute Airbnb. He’s very accommodating and helpful.

This was my second time staying with Rob and it was just as good as the first time. His place is conveniently located, clean and has everything you could need.

We left Brazil to visit some cities in Florida. In Daytona we stayed at Rob's house and he was very attentive to us. The house is pleasant.

You’ll be treated better than family!

This is an amazing place, with 5 unique places to stay on Dan's properties. We stayed in the Man Cave, which is built inside an airport hanger and very meticulously detailed in every way. Dan was so gracious as to show us around the property in his golf cart. He has countless cool things on the property, including 3 alpacas which we got to love on! We also met a couple from England who were there to ride horses. You won't find a more unique airbnb experience, and a more caring host. We are going back next week and will be staying in the Cracker House, also in the "Danville" property. It has goats and roosters just outside the house in a fenced in play area. I highly recommend this if you want an experience you won't soon forget.

I can't say enough good things about Danville. Me and my Fiance' had a wonderful and relaxing time staying at the Man Cave. Dan and Deborah are excellent hosts. There are so many things to do and see at Danville, it's mind boggling. We plan to go back regularly to stay at the other unique properties at Danville. We will stay at the Treehouse next time. Goat happy hour is not to be missed.😊 See you soon, Dan and Deborah!!!!!

The Mancave of Deborah and Dan, in Danville, is a trip in itself, timeless. They offer exceptional activities, and the only regret that we have is not having spent more time with them. Take the time to really stop there if you can, you can't be disappointed.

We recommend this place to anyone! The grounds are so unique and there is so much to see. The imagination and hard work that it took to create all the stays are beyond incredible!! We will definitely be back!!

The mancave is such an experience. It was sooo awesome. All those details (check out traffic light which is linked with the light and ventilation of the bathroom). Phineas the cat is sooo sweet, he will visit you a lot. We had the pleasure too see 2 days old baby goats. Dan and his wife are so friendly people. He has happy hour every day in his bar where you can meet Dan and the other airbnb guests. It is really an awesome experience. Next time when we are visiting Florida we are definitely going to book one of Dan's apartments. We love Danville.

Danville is definitely a must. There is something for everyone! My one and only regret is not staying around more. Dan and Deborah are so kind and genuine. I recommend you make time for happy hour with them. I stayed at the ManCave and will definitely be back to stay at the others❤️

If you are looking for something really special, stay here. We felt welcome from first minute and wish we had more time to spend on the property where nature was round the corner. Horses, goats, segways, airplanes, goat-happy hour etc. You get many experiences here. We rented three different venues for our stay and each of them was so special. /Jane with family from Sweden

The treehouse in Danville exceeded all of my expectations! Dan and Deb’s little touches make it really feel like home. We enjoyed the hot tub and seeing the treehouse all lit up at night!

Our stay in the treehouse was something we will never forget. It was very quiet, clean and beautiful. Definitely the perfect place to get away. Dan and Deborah are very gracious hosts that make sure that everything is perfect for your stay. We hope to be back one day.

Not only is The Treehouse at Danville so unbelievably unique, but so is the whole experience. My partner and I stayed for two nights and are already booking our next stay. Dan and Deborah are both such incredible hosts with a wonderful property it’s hard to believe it’s a BnB. While staying, every night Dan hosts a Happy Hour within the property’s pub and it’s a must go!! Getting to hear his stories and Deborah’s jokes along with meeting all the other guests is quite a blast! I would recommend staying here to everyone! What an amazing experience!

The Treehouse was so COOL! Such a different experience but everything and more of what we wanted! The hot tub was so fun! We got to watch TV in the hot tub!

My boyfriend and I stayed in the tree house, it over exceeded my expectations and was an amazing place to get the camping feeling with a clean place to stay in. Dan and Deborah are nothing but amazing, they are so kind, friendly and funny, and their nightly happy hours are a blast. We were able to tour all of the venues they have on the property to stay and we will definitely will be coming back to stay in the rest of the properties. Dan is by far one of the most fascinating people I have ever met. The entire property is incredible, we even had a chance to shoot at the range outside which was a very neat experience. Oh and I almost forgot to mention, you can walk goats on a leash there!!!

My friend and I went for a two-night getaway at the Treehouse. It was an amazing, fun place. The Treehouse is well away from other units and is reached by golf cart. The amenities include a unique hot tub, with custom lighting and sound systems. Dan is an interesting character and holds court at evening Happy Hours at the facility's bar. We enjoyed sitting around the fire pit and conversing with the other guests. Everyone was very friendly. We would love to come back for another stay in the future.

You don’t need me to tell you that Danville is amazing. I found it in an article about quirky places to stay in Florida. We planned a pretty last minute trip to see an ailing relative outside of Orlando, so we could only get two nights in the Treehouse, but what an experience! The treehouse was so much fun. I especially loved playing elevator operator. It was a rather luxurious way of experiencing nature. I listened to the owls when I went to sleep and was awoken by the roosters crowing. We used the hot tub and fire pit, but didn’t do any cooking. The only tip I would give guests is to maybe bring some bottled water as the tap water is pretty hard being out in the country, and while I grew up with that, I am a spoiled city creature now. We had a really great time exploring Danville. Dan gave us drinks and snacks in his Irish pub and told us about his fascinating creation. It’s easily the most unique place I’ve ever stayed. I even had a surprising amount of fun driving around the property in the golf cart. The Pygmy goats and alpacas are really cute, too. I only wished I had more time, and that it were a bit warmer outside so I could have spent all day on the treehouse decks.

Perfect condo/cottage for a couple staying in Daytona. Super close to almost anything you would want to do. Farthest drive was 20 minutes for us everything else was 15 or less. The place comes with a super informational guide to the condo as well as attractions all around the location. It was an amazing stay from start to finish.

AMAZING! Ruth and Jim’s place was way better than expected. Perfect location, quiet, private, and very comfortable room. You can hear a train in the night but who cares! This was the best place we could have stayed! We wish we could have stayed longer. They completely worked with us on a late check out time. Overall a wonderful price place to stay!

Ricardo’s place has a direct ocean front. Top floor Elevators were prompt Other guest in the building friendly Bed was comfortable TV great except we had trouble figuring out stations & had to just go up & down on the remote. Cleaning help very pleasant As expected Front of building under construction WiFi - Reception girl said they were changing company’s & no WiFi. But we tried the password & did occasional get Pool clean & big. Can’t say enough about this diamond in the rough When ever I’m in town I’m staying at Ricardos.

A nice little place in Daytona Beach. The hotel is under construction, which is nice because it is in need of an update. Ricardo’s room is very stylish and clean. We did arrive during a rainy time of the week, so we spent more time inside than we would have liked. That being said, we watched some TV. The TV itself was a nice unit, but navigating the cable system was not easy at all, most likely not Ricardo’s fault. I would love to return one day to see this property completed, and when it didn’t rain for 3 days. A solid 5 stars for the price. 9th floor views were on point. Great weekend getaway. It was a nice hotel room in a fantastic location. The room had a secret tiny “breakfast cove” overlooking the ocean which was perfect for doing work. The beach was steps away and it was close to many restaurants and shops.

Not much in walking distance but the tiki bar was amazing.

Joes place was amazing. The view of the beach from the room and balcony were OUTSTANDING. And the bed was so comfortable it slept two adults and a toddler comfortably. We over all loved the stay and will definitely be back!

Joe was a great host! He checked in on us to make sure everything was ok. The place is exactly as expected but the wall color has been updated to blue. Super comfy bed and beautiful view! As others have mentioned, the shower knob is a pain (fell off twice and difficult to find warm water) but it certainly wouldn’t prevent us from visiting again. Note: it was about 27 minutes after the hour for warm water. :) Steve’s diner about a mile north was great for breakfast & Cow Lick’s (about 3 miles south) was great for our daily ice cream fix. Enjoy your stay! You won’t be disappointed!

Joe was so helpful with tips and info about the area and the amenities available. He was immediately available when we had any questions. We were extremely comfortable and all loved the unit very much. The view was AMAZING, worth a million dollars to say the least. You can catch the sunrise from the beach, your balcony, or even your bed. It truly was beautiful. We were just a quick walk from the boardwalk and pier and all the shops and fun activities that come along with it. All in all we had an amazing stay and will definitely book again!

This is a great condo for a beachfront getaway. You have a short walk on the beach to several restaurants and you have a great balcony to sit back and enjoy the ocean view.

Exactly what we needed for a late arrival into Sanford. Within 10 minutes from the airport, easy to find, clean unit, comfortable bed and effortless checkin. Given that it is so convenient and close to the airport, you do hear planes so ear plugs are recommended if you’re a light sleeper. We would happily book again next time we fly into Sanford.

What a perfect little place for two! It was clean, and had a few special touches that made the space great. It is close to the airport (which was great since our already late flight had a two and a half hour delay).

This place was positively perfect for our one-night stay before leaving out of SFB on an early flight. The place was sparkling clean and had everything we needed for a very comfortable sleep and a quick breakfast. The location was an easy and traffic-free 10 minutes to the airport. The comfort and price were far superior than staying at a hotel. The hosts left us alone for our privacy, but were readily available if needed, and promptly replied to all questions and messages. We highly recommend this place and hope to stay here for future visits to the area.

Fantastic location right on the beach! Within walking distance to plenty of great places for good food and drinks. Great deck in the back of the building with a big pool to enjoy, also perfect for relaxing, enjoying the sun and sound of the ocean. The resort lobby is a little outdated in regards to the decor BUT it is incredibly clean and the resort staff were fantastic and friendly! Juliana was a gracious host- she was able to accommodate our late flight and made checking in super ease. She also provided us with many great options of things to do and places to eat. The room had everything we needed for a stay on the beach! It was comfortable, modern and clean - and all for a reasonable price!

It was a good place to stay. Close to the beach and I loved the swimming pool possibility. The place had all you might need. Only thing that bothered me a little was that there was something in the hotel that made loud noises at the night. Overall great stay!

Perfect for a quick weekend getaway! We traveled into orlando to visit universal and it wasn’t too bad of a drive if you want the best of both worlds

Karen has an adorable unit! We were there for bike week, and it was chilly, so didn’t use the pool facilities & beach, but the view is beautiful! Don’t put too much thought into the previous comment stay! Did not smell smoke at all!! My hubby & I live on Anna Maria Island and we clean vacation rentals during busy season & I can tell you... Karen’s place is clean, stocked with amenities, and decorated adorably!! Highly recommend!!!!

Our stay at Marj’s bungalow was great! I met her just before we checked out and she was lovely! She made sure to ask if we needed anything shortly after check in! Her place was spotless clean and it was in a great neighborhood too. The fan was great along with the climate controlled AC. I need a fan to sleep so that was a great touch! The cable TV was nice and we watched that a bit too. Would definitely stay again!

Very clean. very nice and accommodating host. Nice bathroom! Soft TP-don't laugh it's important! Lots of pillows and blankets. There's a ceiling fan and a regular fan which I appreciate a lot. Climate control keeps everything at your desired temperature. Full size fridge/freezer, big toaster oven and microwave.

Such a peaceful stay for the two days while there. Centrally located near Winter Park where there is plenty of dining and entertainment. My friends enjoy coming over to visit as well.

If You are coming to the Orlando area, Kassie's apartment is a very good choice, in my opinion. The price was a very fair value, and included hotel like amnities, except breakfast, and room service, but it does offer full kitchen and laundry, plus 2 bedrooms and bathrooms, so you get a two for 1 price deal.

Kassie's place was clean and felt like home the few days we were here. It's super close to grocery stores and restaurants which was helpful getting in from the airport

It is a very nice room with a verycomfortable mattress and good pillows. Gotta love a king size bed! The view of the beach is fantastic. The room is set up with everything you need. The construction in the lobby does not affect the guests at all. It was a quiet and restful place. Parking was free and easy. It was our first time driving right on the beach (fee of $20).

Very cute little studio condo on the beach. Beautiful view from the window of the ocean. Only thing I wish I had asked was if there was a balcony. Very friendly staff. Centrally located to the airport and racetrack. The condo is very cute and clean. Grocery store is within walking distance as well.

Came to stay here for the 24 Hours of Daytona and it was a perfect spot! Comfortable, nice view, and it is only a few minutes from the track.

The stay was very comfortable and just as advertised! I truly enjoyed my time on-site as it proved to be a quiet and relaxing getaway! Great location: steps away to the beach and close proximity to all Daytona Beach has to offer. If I find myself in the area in the future, I would definitely stay again!

I’m not sure what the other reviews experienced, but this is a place to sleep and shower while you’re at the beach. It’s cheap as you can think and even offers a light breakfast. It’s not a hotel, this is an Airbnb. People should be thankful for such a cheap place to be at near the beach.

We had a great time staying at Oscar’s guesthouse. The location was perfect for what we wanted to do. We had a spot for our rental car. The house is easy to access, spacious and super clean. We had a great stay there!

A nice place to stay in town with everything you need. The room was clean and ready for me when I arrived. It took a little while for the AC to fight off the Florida heat/humidity, but it was very comfy after letting it run on low for a while. It was a lovely trip

Casa Victoria is a nice, clean space. It's about the size of a hotel room with a spacious bathroom. Oscar was quick to respond and help us with the "smart" TV when we couldn't figure it out. 😊

Friendly, helpful host. The place is small and nestled between two other places that are rented. Very nice area to sit out the back. We literally just used it to sleep in as we were out during the day and evening and the bed is SO VERY comfortable. I would stay there again just because I know the bed is so comfy. A quiet neighborhood.

This is a great spot if you plan on spending time in Altamonte Springs. Its proximity to the mall means numerous eating options are just a 5-minute drive.

Wow.. first of all I want to say that this is by far the best Airbnb that I have stayed at. Even before arriving, jack worked with me because of a technical issue with the website. He went above and beyond working with us. When we arrived, the house was spotless. Everything that you would need to feel at home is provided, such as a fully stocked kitchen and everything you need for the beach. We slept great because of the comfortable beds and I really didn’t think that the sounds from the roads were too bad. I slept just fine. Very short walk to the beach, and short drive to everything. We really enjoyed eating at the Garlic, and having breakfast at Toni and Joes. We will be returning to this Airbnb for sure!

Perfect place to unwind. Ended up with a sick child our first few days but having all the comforts of home vs. a hotel was great. Place is just across from the beach and has plenty of extras. Had a small issue with an appliance but Jack responded quickly and appropriately. If we go back to NSB, this will be our first choice!

This place is a great value in New Smyrna Beach. I was shocked at how spacious the unit was. I have 3 very tall adultish sons who hate small, cramped spaces. We all had plenty of space. The unit is well stocked - cooler, beach chairs and cart, sand toys (we didn't use these), all things to actually cook (I hate when they don't really expect you to cook in the unit), plenty of towels and beach towels, shampoo, soap, etc. It was very clean. Great communication with hosts. They seemed super nice and very helpful. The complex is older, but well-maintained. There are 3 pools, only one of which is heated, several tennis courts, pickle ball courts, and shuffle board (this is free, but did have to message host to find out how to get the stuff). The location is great- just a quick walk to the beach (but you do have to cross the busy street). The unit is nicely decorated and the decor was not dated, as I had expected. For the price, I think it would be nearly impossible to find anything close to this nice. Many of the people in the complex are older. It is definitely a quiet complex, which was perfect for us. We were here off-season in January, so it was a bit chilly, but a great getaway for an amazing price. Would definitely stay in this unit again if given the opportunity. It is very close to restaurants, stores, and the beach.

Plenty of room for my husband & I and our four teenagers. Easy access to beach. We enjoyed the heated pool and the tennis courts.

This place was great for a quick overnight stay. My boyfriend and I had a night out and were able to bring our dog. The little fenced in yard is so cute and my dog loved it. We would totally stay again. It is basically a hotel room with your own yard. Super clean and cute inside. The bed is super soft.

Great visit! Certainly one of the more unique places that we have visited. Dan is an amazing host who takes interest in his guests and is dedicated to making the stay memorable as he offers local color and tips for a good visit. Dan and Deborah obviously enjoy hosting their guests who soon feel like family at the daily happy hour in The Pub. Guests are afforded the opportunity to tour the grounds in their own golf cart and use the shooting range. Danville offers a rural setting, with the convenience of easy access to the amenities of Central Florida.

This place was so fun to stay at and such a nice break from reality. Dan and Deborah were great and made us feel so welcomed. We definitely hope to come back for more fun.

This place was amazing! Very hard to describe but it was an real experience. The hangar, the danville inn, private cinema, walking with the goats and alpacas, milking the goats, shooting, driving a golfcar, segway, airplanes, old cars, happy hour with Dan, Deb, his friends and 2 babygoats, alligator in the pond. We did it all and it was crazy! We’ve met very lovely people and will not forget the time we had. If you doubting doing this, just do it! You will not regret.

I can’t say enough about this wonderful Airbnb experience! It’s a must on your bucket list! So much fun and very unique. Dan and deborah are amazing and really strive to make their guest feel at home! There is so much to do around this location but if you decide to just hang in you will have so much fun. We got to feed baby goats and use the shooting range with Dan who is very experienced and is a great instructor. We stayed at the hanger and it was more than comfortable!Everything you could ever want is there. I can’t wait to plan my next trip back!

It was great meeting Joe and Dan. The experience was a one of a kind experience. You have to visit Danville to really get a the true feel for how awesome this place really is. Small but clean.

I reserved Monica's studio for a nice weekend relaxation with my boyfriend. The place was perfect. The pictures did throw us off as far as the size of the studio but that wasn't a problem at all. The place was clean when we arrived and looked just like the photos as far as design and layout, which I highly appreciated. My boyfriend and I cooked during our stay so the amenities in the kitchen made it 10 times easier for us. Overall, this studio is perfect for a break from reality - at least it was for my boyfriend and I. 😊

This is a guess, but an educated one: I think this apartment is definitely one of the nicest in the whole harbour complex, and possibly all of Daytona.

Cindy and Steve were very thoughtful, polite and overall great hosts. The property is beautiful and lake Mary had an awesome little food and park area near by. I would def recommend the place to anyone staying in Lake Mary area.

This cottage is adorable, comfortable and has all sorts of extras. The hosts are very nice - the view is beautiful; bed comfy; shower great, kitchen terrific - we would stay here again if in area!

A beautiful place right on the ocean. The exterior of the building is quite ordinary but the location is fantastic and the interior is very modern. I would definitely recommend to anybody looking to enjoy a getaway on the beach.

Amazing little place, perfect spot

I was a little nervous since it was my first time using Airbnb, but the location and everything else put my mind at ease pretty quick. The ocean deck restaurant was an amazing suggestion and we ate there both nights. The room was super close to both the venue/event and the ocean which was excellent. Loved being able to leave the windows open to let in the nice ocean breeze. It was a nice, comfortable stay.

Solid place for the price and location

This is the best place to stay in Daytona! We stayed in other places around the area but nothing compares! If I ever come back I know who I’m going to. The location is amazing but the room is fantastic too! You won’t regret renting here for sure

Karen was Amazing! Great personal touches. The space was amazing. Great ocean view from laying in the bed even. Space was extremely clean! All you need is you and your clothes everything else is ready to go! Full set of cookwear, shower supplies, and plenty of extra blankets. Oh and cannot forget the amazing mood setting lights! Will definitely be making another reservation!

Karen’s condo was wonderful! The location was great. Great view from the balcony. Pool was nice! Everything we needed was provided. The bed.. SO comfy. It was clean and just all around a cute nice little condo. Karen was very responsive to messages and even left a nice message when we arrived since it was our Honeymoon. I would recommend Karen’s place to anyone. We would definitely stay again!

My husband and I were looking for a getaway to celebrate a milestone and found Karen’s condo. We were very happy with it! Karen was easily accessible when I had questions or issues, and the room was exactly as posted. I highly recommend her condo.

Karen is an amazing host, and provides all the essentials you need for a great stay in Daytona Beach. The condo is super clean, and there were no problems with our stay at all. Super close to the boardwalk and other local attractions.

Karen was very accommodating and responsive. I very much enjoyed my interactions with her. The room is very clean and kept nice. There is a full sized bed and a couch that turns into a bed both were very comfortable. It was so nice to have a private area for my sister and I to stay during a family emergency visit. We woke up and could hear the ocean. You open the door and you can see the waves. They are renovating the building so it is old and in need of TLC, but for the price it is not a big deal. The room was clean, quiet, at a great location and very affordable, so 5 stars from me!

The photos in the listing are identical to the rental. It was clean and cozy. Great location next to the beach. Able to walk but also free parking near the beach entrance if you don’t want to walk with gear. The hosts were responsive and check in was easy. Would definitely recommend!

Ohhhh Danville. What a place to stay! The yurt was everything we expected and more! Neighbors were friendly, a bit hairy though (alpacas). Bring grapes and they will be your friends! Dan is an amazing person. This man let us carry baby goats while riding a golf cart over to the pub. Had so much fun! Thanks for letting us feed the goats!

Exceptional property. Super welcome. Very clean. Overall it is a work of art to discover with free vehicles available. A place full of subtleties for those who simply know how to admire. A true face of America with a touch of reasonable madness. Do not miss this detour.

Ricardo was great very quick with responses. The room was clean and updated compared to other rooms. The building itself is very dated but is being remodeled. The location to the beach could not be more perfect. Overall superb deal for 50 bucks.

We give this charming guest house five stars!! It was very convenient being close to airport since our flight was very early in the morning. Hosts were very quick with responses with my questions, place was very clean and decorated cute. They also supplied us with snacks and beverages in the mini fridge! Will definitely use again!!

Dixon and Antonio’s place is cute and comfortable. The porch is very inviting to sit and relax as you look out over their big backyard. If you have any questions they are quick to respond. It’s perfect for a night or two.

It was a cute small place to stay the night after flying into Sanford Airport. The snacks had out for us were very much appreciated.

This is the cutest little place to stay!! The hosts are awesome and they left us snacks and beverages for our enjoyment. The shed is in a huge fenced in back yard and there's a doggy door for your fur baby! We enjoyed sitting on the porch and feeling the warmth of Florida. This is a perfect little place for a couple that's close or a single person. Very enjoyable stay!!

I did not actually meet the hosts, but they were great at communicating all of the information I needed. The house is very private and cozy. Bear in mind that there isn't a shower, but knowing that ahead of time, it's easy enough to plan for that. I would definitely stay there again.

This is a cute studio cottage in a great location--a few steps to the beach in one direction and a few steps to the main strip in another direction. The place is very clean and nice. Communication with the host was super fast. I hope to stay again next time I'm in town.

Our stay was just what we needed--a quiet, adorable space that was just the size necessary for the two of us. It was within comfortable walking distance to ships, dining, and the beach. We loved sitting in the balcony at night enjoying a glass of wine!

The House is an excellent beach getaway for anyone who wants to relax and experience the charm of New Smyrna. The location is perfect, just a block or two from the beach and a few blocks to the downtown strip full of restaurants and shops. Angela was an excellent host with a lot of great recommendations. We would definitely stay here again!
