This memorable place is anything but ordinary. Welcome to The Prom Queen on Beautiful Lake Monroe in Historic Downtown Sanford, Florida. We are super excited that you choose our beautiful Houseboat for your vacation. This Houseboat boasts 2 bedrooms, and one and half bathrooms. The Prom Queen boast 1850 square feet of indoor and outdoor living space. There are three deck spaces, and an outdoor table that seats six with a gas grill to enjoy our beautiful Florida sunsets. Boat is stationary only.

This charming rustic home has a lot to offer. It has many nooks where your family can unite and create moments for their memory buckets. Florida room allows you to observe nature and is a perfect spot for your coffee. The house has one master bedroom (king size bed) with attached full bathroom. It has a second bedroom with two built-in beds (twin and full size). There is a separate shower room and a separate restroom. Upstairs it has a 3rd bedroom with 2 built in twin beds and a 1/2 bathroom.

Beautiful Modern Farmhouse! Country vibes but centrally located. Only 40 minutes from the beach and 40 minutes from theme parks. Guest house is located on our 5 acre property & is over 1800 sq feet. We are a beautiful equestrian neighborhood with our own private trails that you can hike or horseback ride on. We are also close to lots of great restaurants and shopping, including historic Downtown Sanford. We are on-site here and live in the main house in the back of the lot on the property.

The Golf-view House (Entire House, King bedroom)

This 2/1.5 house is private, clean, and cozy. The open kitchen features stainless steel appliances and provides all necessary cooking wares. The spacious dining/livingroom area receives enough sunlights through the picture windows. Enjoy beautiful golf course view while sitting at the dining table and/or on the humongous outside deck. There is an outdoor dining area and grill on the deck. The house is within 45 minutes from theme parks (Disney & Universal) and beaches (Daytona/New Smyrna).

Tiny Home with full kitchen on a peaceful 13 acres in a small town. Owner lives on site, but the tiny home is away from the main house so it is private. Ideal for 2 guests, but there is a pull-out sofa which could be comfortable for one more adult or a couple kids. Room for more than one car or a trailer. (Not suitable for 4-legged travelers due to free ranging ducks, peacocks and close proximity to horses and miniature donkeys) (If your dates are unavailable, search Mira Bella South)

Relax in this quiet, serene neighborhood right across from the beach & just minutes from restaurants, shopping, and local pubs. Fully equipped for dinner by the pool with a large outdoor patio. A 3rd bath in the garage for showering off after a day at the beach. *Both Master & Guest rooms have king-size beds. Baths have showers, no tubs. Maximum 4 Adults.

Sanford's Seahaven | Close to downtown & the lake

This is a spacious 4 bedroom house with nautical vibes is just a couple blocks from Lake Monroe. Also a short 5 minute walk to Sanford center with great restaurants, shopping, and activities. The house is well stocked and comfy. Board games aplenty & a big tv will keep the crew entertained (while you soak in the oversized tub). The big backyard is perfect for dogs. Two car garage access.
