It's ideal for a couple or family looking for a peaceful base from which to explore the area. The Wye river is under a mile away, a great spot for swimming, canoeing and paddle-boarding, with a fantastic pub overlooking the water. The Cottage is a converted stable, the original building is 150 years old. It's been sympathetically converted to provide well equipped comfortable accommodation. There's a private courtyard garden by a brook. Centrally heated, a combi boiler provides hot water. All on one level. There's a double/twin bedded room, ensuite shower room, bathroom cabinet can be linked with bluetooth to play music or listen to a podcast whilst you shower! Small dogs are welcome let me know if you're bringing one.

Our annexe is a detached converted garage with living/kitchen area, a separate bedroom upstairs and a downstairs shower room. It has a private entrance with its own patio and outside dining space and beautiful views over the stunning Wye Valley. Plenty of walks are on the doorstep and there is a village pub, shop, castle and playground less than 10 minutes walk from the property. Well behaved dogs are welcome (£10 per dog) We are always in contact for any questions you may have.

A studio apartment set in the village of Sling, near Coleford in the Forest of Dean. A short walk into the forest with lots of peaceful walks or cycle tracks. Only a 10 minute walk from Puzzlewoods and Clearwell caves. A short drive to nearest town with all amenities. Within a 5 minute walk to 2 pubs that offer delicious food. The studio is cosy and warm and very clean and well equipped. All bedding supplied and towels. We also supply toilet rolls, shower gel and soap.
