We had a lovely couple of days at The Little Stables, which is luxuriously stylish & well equipped accommodation. Sarah had added a few personal touches such as a lovely welcome pack which included some dog biscuits for our canine companions. We chose the coldest days to stay but The Little Stables was a warm & snug retreat after our beach walks.

The description and photographs couldn't have been more accurate. Lovely, beautifully decorated accommodation with lots of homely touches. The Little Stables was a perfect getaway for my wife and I and our 4 week old baby. Sarah was extremely welcoming in her communication and friendly and helpful in person. The property was very well equipped and in a great location for exploring north Norfolk. The bacon, eggs, frsh bread and homemade jam that Sarah left out in our welcome pack was a particularly nice touch. Would highly recommend to young families seeking a quiet rural getaway for a few nights.

Joyce and Alan are excellent hosts. Communication was very good prior to arrival, and our slight arrival delay was responded to positively. On arrival and throughout our visit we were made very welcome. We enjoyed Joyce and Alan's company as much as their hospitality as they made us feel at ease and comfortable in their home. At the same time our privacy was respected. I recommend you try the horse trainer - great fun. The barn was warm, cosy and well located with a lovely local pub just a short walk away. Louise and Ted were communicative, flexible and very friendly. The homemade bread and marmalade was delicious. The welcome basket didn't contain everything it said it would, but we came out of season so this may be why. Other than that, very comfy bed, clean and well equipped kitchen, and lots of peace and quiet. Perfect for a weekend getaway :)

We had a lovely 4 night stay at Hannah's. Very relaxing space and well equipped to self cater. Had a lovely meal at the Walpole Arms in the next village.

We spent a few very comfortable and cosy winter nights at The Chapel. Everything was exactly as described, the space is modern and warm but in a beautiful rural setting, perfect for getting away from it all.

Hannah was very welcoming there to greet us when we arrived and full of good ideas about local activities and eateries. The house is clearly a labour of love and is full of personal creative touches. There were fresh wild flowers, locally picked herbal teas to enjoy in the house and stunning views outside. The location is great for a country or beach holiday and really easy to get to from Cambridge/London.

We had a lovely stay at the Chapel in Erpingham. The photos on the listing do not do the place justice, it is a really beautiful place to stay, so peaceful and quiet, it really does feel like a retreat! Hannah was a great host, really friendly and had some great recommendations which added to our fantastic experience in Norfolk. We will certainly be recommending Hannah's place to friends as we had such a nice time and couldn't have wanted for more.

The Chapel in Erpingham is a delightful hideaway in beautiful countryside. The accommodation is lovely and offers everything for a very comfortable and relaxing stay. Great location with many good pubs and restaurants and quick access to the Norfolk coast. Would give The Chapel a big thumbs up

Great communication from the owners regarding arrival. A hamper of essentials, wine, juices, bread and eggs from their own hens waiting for you to arrive, so no need to worry about having to find a supermarket straight away. The loft was spotlessly clean. A good selection of cutlery crockery and glassware are provided. Crisp bed linen for the spacious bed and a freshly laundered selection of soft towels are provided too. Nice quiet location with a great view across the fields. The balcony area gets the evening sun....great to sit and read, listening to the wildlife or just to relax. Can't wait to go back

The barn is extremely well equipped and presented throughout and is an ideal space for family and friends to celebrate. Kate's communication was spot and and directions / instruction were as stated. We have a lovely time celebrating a 90th birthday and would recommend this house without question. The upstairs "den" was perfect for the kids to lounge and the giant beanbags were a particular favorite. Near to Holkham and Wells beaches so plenty of Adnams to sample for the adults The welcome shortbread was a lovely touch. Would visit again without question

The barn is lovely amd spacious and very well furnished. The number of bathrooms is very helpful for large parties We had a party of 8 and the open plan layout worked perfectly for us. Even though we did not use the outside space much there is plenty of it and it has sufficient outdoor furniture to make the most of the garden if the weather is good. The barn is a short walk to the nearest pub/local shop and the owner was very welcoming and helpful in the build up to the visit.

We had a lovely weekend stay here at Chestnut barn. We travelled with 6 adults and 1 toddler and had a great time for my dads birthday. The barn is beautiful and spacious with extra room in the upper mezzanine area for additional adults/ kids. The place was very tidy when we arrived and although the heating and lights had been tripped (because of the recent storm) Kate was on hand to help fix the issue. Kate was very helpful, suggesting pubs and restaurants in the local area and also areas to visit via a helpful guide in the house. The area is very peaceful and secluded and there are a number of good pubs within 10 minutes driving distance. Overall I would highly recommend staying at Chestnut Barn.

We had a very comfortable stay. There is plenty of space. The house is very clean and the surroundings are quiet. New kitchen with everything you could need and very comfortable beds. We would definitely stay here again if we are back in this area.

Diane and her husband are lovely people, we could have carried on chatting for hours at the breakfast table. Loved the entire house, lots of attention to detail, decoration and artworks were stunning (spot the hares and birds), stunning kitchen and breakfast was yummy. Room overlooked field and a beautiful cottage garden. Own bathroom a plus. Even had a gingerbread waiting for us, biscuits and various drink options in the room. We felt very much at home. Food in the local pub was to a high standard and tasty. We loved out stay here.

Diane and Neil offered us a very warm welcome, a very comfortable room and thoroughly nice stay, in an ideal location for exploring the Norfolk Broads and North Norfolk coast.

Absolutely fantastic time here. Diane makes you feel at home right away and goes to so much trouble to make sure you have a comfortable stay. Lovely location with a gastropub a short walk round the corner. Diane has extremely good taste and her home is beautiful, loved havimg breakfast in her kitchen looking out of French doors into the garden with her friendly dogs at my feet. What I particularly appreciated was her thoughtfulness as I was visiting a sick relative so she made sure I had a good selection of DVD's and magazines to enjoy in the evening after a not so great time in the day. She also accommodated my gluten free diet with no fuss. Highly recommend if you are visiting Norfolk and prefer to stay somewhere tucked away but close enough to the coast and Broads. Would definitely like to come back, fabulous hosts and good company too.

Diane was so accommodating and helped us to settle in the cottage. Room was beautiful and overlooking the lovely garden. Bathroom was lovely and big, and very clean. Dogs were friendly but not at all overbearing. Lovely breakfast. Diane has fantastic local knowledge, provided info leaflets, DVDs, ample tea and drinks, made sure we're OK. She even found some toys to keep the kids entertained. Children absolutely loved breakfast. Garden was beautiful. lovely flowers. Diane gave clear instructions on how to find the cottage. Cottage is great location - very close to Blickling estate NT, and Aylsham, which has shops and places to eat. Overall we had a fantastic time - would love to come back again one day. Diane has certainly made our first Airbnb experience a superb one!

As described a great country cottage a beautiful room and bathroom. Coffee and tea facilities in the room, wifi available, TV/DVD available. Breakfast was delicious and the coffee exceptional. Diane and Neil are exceptional hosts and will definitely be back if I am visiting my family in Norfolk.

Diane owns a lovely comfortable pretty house in Erpington. The bedroom was lovely with everything you need for a weekend away, spotlessly clean and could not have been more helpful prior to the booking advising and very friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful cottage. It provided a handy base from which to explore Norfolk and we always looked forward to returning to the peaceful village setting at the end of each day. Maxine provided many useful tips on places to visit/eat/see, both locally and further afield, and was a very thoughtful and generous host. Our children particularly liked the garden and also the village playground, a short walk from the cottage. We would happily stay here again and recommend it to others.

We couldn't have felt more welcome at the beautiful Apple Cottage. Everything was so well explained, and plenty of suggestions were offered for things to do close by. Amazing stay if you want to run away from the city madness.

A quirky little barn in the depths of the countryside! The location is serene with stunning landscape, not far from Chaucer's Barn where our friend was getting married. The on-site taxi service was a little expensive, albeit really convenient. All in all, a pleasant stay in a beautiful part of the world.

Was perfect for me as I was at a wake after a funeral in a local pub and needed a place to put my head down before the drive back down to London.

We arrived in the dark so it could have been a bit tricky to find but amber gave us great directions etc. The tent was brilliant, well equipt, really comfortable, clean bedding etc. The firepit outside was great and the first lot of wood was provided and so we could cool some dinner! The surroundings are so beautiful so deffo go for a walk! There is an area out side the place where the tents are to play frisbee or kick a footy about, which we did. We ran out of a few things but it was no worries because the honesty shop was great and fairly priced too. Really handy! There were two sets of toilets too! Both were really clean and there was a shower, again really clean! Over all we had a brilliant time! Don't forget to take a torch, you'll need it and some warm clothes and you're on to a winner!

Amber is a very warm, genuine and accommodating host. We absolutely loved our stay in the bell tent in what can only be described as magical surroundings of Mannington Hall Gardens. It was so peaceful and our tent was so cosy filled with everything one could need to make one's stay as comfortable (tealights, gas stove, crockery, cutlery, teas, fitted wood burner stove, fridge, etc) and pleasant as possible and the extra touches, with the rugs, beautiful cushions and blankets, and the bunting flags dotted inside the tent. There are charming villages nearby with hearty pubs, delicious tea rooms, forest and beach walks galore to keep you busy all day until your return back to your enchanting tent. This is a secret place we would like to keep all to ourselves but just can't stop telling everyone about it. Go see for yourselves ;-)

Amber made us feel very welcome. The tent was lovely and had everything we needed for our trip. We had three children with us - a 9 year old, 4 year old and a 1 year old toddler. Amber made us feel at ease and the children had a wonderful time. The grounds are beautiful too.

A really relaxed and welcoming vibe from Amber and a very well set-up charming campsite. Four tents, all with bunting and all looking very cute. Lots of thoughtful attention to detail (change for the showers, marshmallows, a bottle of wine to compensate for a wedding in the next field) and care (extra duvets provided). Great for families. Lots to explore even in the grounds of the hall (which are very beautiful). Even our little baby loved the experience.

Our family had a lovely stay at Amber's Bell Tent. The toilet/shower facilities are very clean. It was refreshing waking up to the sound of nature. This is the first time we did camping/glamping in the UK. I would definitely recommend Amber's Bell Tent.

We had an amazing weekend camping with our children in mannington hall, the tents are comfy and warm and the campsite is really well located, there are sandy beaches and lots of activities nearby. Only issue we had was that there was a noisy group of campers on the second night.

We had a lovely time here. Beautiful house and nice garden. Worked well with a toddler. Very well appointed and everything fresh and new in a character space. Bright and airy.

We loved staying here with our three young children. The cottage is comfortable and clean. Trudi was very thoughtful and welcoming. And the location was brilliant for exploring all of North Norfolk. We had a wonderful time on the beaches, in the villages and at national trust houses.

What an adorable cottage in a beautiful part of the countryside! This beautiful old building has been restored lovingly and provides a really comfortable home away from home. Because of the layout over 2 floors it would feel just as cosy for a couple as it would a family of 5. The beds are really comfy and the bathrooms are very clean. A great find for people looking for a proper country retreat.

Trudi's cottage was a wonderful home from home for a weekend away with friends in Norfolk. The setting is idyllic in a beautiful little village surrounded by beautiful countryside and things to see and do. Trudi herself is a dream host! She couldn't have been more lovely and accommodating to us and even allowed us to bring our dogs without a problem. A lovely lady and a lovely country cottage- a must stay!

We hired three of the cottages for a long weekend for a large group including children and dogs. The cottages are set up perfectly for large groups and all 17 of us sat down to eat dinner together which was particularly enjoyable. The courtyard was a useful outdoor space and we took advantage of countryside walking and visits to the coast.

Louise's barns are wonderful and the setting is beautiful. 10 friends and I booked a weekend away to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city and do a bit of country living for the weekend and Church Farm Barns was a perfect choice for this! Fully equipped, we had a weekend full of food fun and laughter. Louise is very easy going, which helps make the experience very relaxed and you feel at home straight away. With plenty of cooking fascilities, we catered for 11 very easily and enjoyed large group dinners together both nights - making great use of two BBQs! We would recommend this place to anybody as it's so versatile, however we would definitely recommend that you have a car to get there as it is very much off the beat and track and there is a large amount of country road driving in order to get there! Thanks for an amazing stay, and we hope others have the wonderful experience we did!

A great cottage, the location was perfect with nice walk around the fields and short driving distance to the beach and the cottage very spacious for group of 16. Louise's welcome package with home baked goodies and local eggs were a big hit with our group. I will love to return to the cottage every year and recommend to anyone who wants to enjoy the beautiful Norfolk countryside and the coast.

Great for dogs, lots of land. A beautiful place to stay

A wonderful property in idyllic surroundings - the gardens are so picturesque. The first night I went outside with the dog and was immediately struck by the quiet - no road noise or anything. 15 minute walk from the Erpingham Arms (great food) and a 40 minute walk country from the Blickling Estate. A superb and peaceful few days!

Loved being in Norfolk, lovely location, Ivan was very helpful showing us around and getting us things we needed like Loo roll. Beautiful gardens, lovely driving to Holcomb, Berners market and other beaches nearby... Such a special trip. Thank you
