Nearby to Albion Village where there is a good selection of restaurants and takeaway stores.

  • Well documented instructions made check-in a breeze. Hosts were exceptional communicators and, despite our late arrival, stood ready to assist with entry. A flock of parrots briefly roosted in the trees outside balcony, providing a wonderful serenade. A lengthy walk/bike way running along a stream lies a 15 walk from apartment.

The kitchen was fully stocked with appliances and comfortable, and the bedroom was quite homey. There was even a balcony and curtains to watch the sun rise and set too. One of the best places I’ve stayed at so far.

The kitchen, which is located on a lower level with the modern bathroom and laundry, had thoughtful touches such as 2 coffee plungers, ground coffee and herbal tea. I was able to park right outside on the street. Josephine’s place was excellent value for the price.

    Hello and welcome to our place! The listing you are looking at is for one of two bedrooms that we rent out for Airbnb in this house. This room is cool and spacious, sitting on the second story of our large family home. This home is just 5kms from the city. The train is around 700metres up the road and the bus is about 100 metres at the top of the road. The Royal Brisbane and Womens Hospital is just 800 metres away, which is across the road from the Brisbane showgrounds.
    Centrally located in the inner-city suburb of Windsor, our home is a secluded gem away from the hustle and bustle of main roads and loud transportation - but close enough to get you wherever you need. The property is made up of two houses, my parents and I living in one house and your Airbnb room in the other. There are two other bedrooms in addition to this Airbnb listing in that house, one is for a family member and one for another Airbnb room. This means that unless there is another Airbnb guest staying while you are, you will pretty much have the entire house to yourself. During your stay, you are welcome to treat our home as if it is your own and therefore we are happy for you to use all amenities. We have a fully equipped kitchen - you are welcome to use all of the cooking utensils and appliances and dishes (please clean them after use!!), the shower (we provide a face washer and towel), toilet and vanity in the bathroom, and the pool - we are happy to provide you with a beach towel. You are also welcome to use the kitchen table and lounge room to work and eat etc. The large lounge room has plenty of board games and a flat screen TV. You are also welcome to use the washing machine to do your laundry but please bring your own laundry detergent. The house is an old Queenslander, not a stark white new home, which has been our family home for 55 years. We have kept the cost of the room hire low, as you will not be in a hotel type room.
    We live in such a nice area - our house is surrounded by parks and bike tracks and greenery. There is a tonne of parking around our place but if you can't drive you will have no problem getting to the train or bus station - or even walking to surrounding suburbs like Albion, Bowen Hills, Wilston and Herston.

    Our house fits comfortably two people. We got a nice big backyard and two lovely cats. A great big kitchen with a gas stove. Our beautiful Queenslander is located in leafy Windsor, only 4 km from the City. You will be able to enjoy the vibe of the City and the Valley and then come back to a relaxing and very quiet atmosphere at our place.
    Our house is a two bedroom Queenslander. At the moment it is nice and cool but also equipped with ceiling fans for warmer days. Plenty of natural light and windows for the breeze to flow. Enjoy the rocking chairs and the hammock on our porch, or simply enjoy the view in our cozy little back deck.
    The house is situated in a quiet neighborhood, close to Downey Park, the Royal Brisbane Hospital, and the Centenary swimming pool. Perfectly connected to public transport. 2 blocks away from the Northey street markets (only on Sundays). 7 minutes walk to Royal Brisbane Bus Station and 5 minutes walk to Windsor Train Station. A small shopping centre with essentials (food, groceries, chemist) is only 5 minutes walk away. Parking is available.

He is very easy to live with. We are so pleased we found his beautiful home on airbnb. The apartment is in the perfect location - right near Windsor rail station that takes you right into the centre in 15 mins. The balcony is huge. Kitchen is really well- equipped.     Clean and comfortable, our room is perfect for travellers. The airport is only a 10 -minute drive away (or a $20 Uber ride). We are so close to the city and the airport, nothing is out of reach. We are a 1 minute walk from the supermarket, coffee shops, restaurants and bus stop. Walk 10 minutes and enjoy a City Cat ride along the Brisbane River or the dining options at Portside. Travel 15 minutes by Uber and you are in the City!
    The room has one queen sized bed and will comfortably accommodate two guests. There is only on-street parking available at this property.
    Hamilton is 6 kilometres from Brisbane's City Centre and 9 kilometres from the airport. We are lucky to have every amenity at our doorstep including IGA supermarket, coffee, restaurants, bakery, beauty services and casual bar options.

    Our place is a 10 minute drive from the airport. Walk one minute across the road and you have an IGA supermarket, bottle shop, coffee shops, restaurants and bus into the city. Late check-in is welcome – our self check-in procedure is easy. Super convenient location. Our guest room is nicely decorated with a double bed.

Located only minutes walk from transport hubs (Northern Busway and Albion Train Station), Lutwyche City Shopping Centre, vibrant cafes & restaurants.
    This open-plan studio is positioned behind a small, quiet house and features its own recently renovated kitchen and bathroom. A large paved courtyard separates it from the main house at the front of the block, and there is a dedicated side path to the studio from the street. There are also external privacy screens and block-out-blinds inside for further privacy and comfort. The space has a new smart tv with Netflix and Stan subscriptions.   • The apartment is situated on a lovely quiet tree lined street just outside of Brisbane. It is in walking distance (5 minutes) from the bus route into Brisbane. The room and apartment are spotlessly clean and having a private toilet and bathroom next to your bedroom for me was perfect. The bathroom has lovely amenities kindly provided by Kathleen. Kathleen is a lovely warm host and nothing was too much trouble. Her two cats are friendly animals and lovely to have around. I would recommend this apartment if you want to visit Brisbane and the surrounding areas.

A cafe and pizza restaurant are at the bottom of our street. We are 5-min drive to Prince Charles Hospital, a 30-minute bus-ride into the city, or a 20-minute drive to the Brisbane airport. The bus stops are within walking distance. We are a relaxed and friendly couple and we look forward to welcoming you to our home.
    There are 3 bedrooms in our home but we use one as an office. You will be the only guest.
    We live on a hill on the northside of Brisbane. This means we get a breeze! We are very close to Westfield Shopping Centre at Chermside, the Prince Charles Hospital, not far from the airport and easy access to the highway going to the Sunshine Coast.

    This area is perfect for just an overnight or short stay for guests passing through Brisbane or on their way home by air. With normal traffic conditions it's about 25 minutes by taxi/Uber to the airport. Just note that if you are walking from the station or bus stop, there’s a very steep hill to walk up, not good on a hot day!It’s difficult with a big bag because the footpath also runs out. Just let me know if you are arriving this way and I may be able to pick you up.
    The space is small, but very light filled and has a very private porch directly outside with views of the garden. We do not supply breakfast as such, but there’s a Nespresso machine, toaster, microwave, small fridge and kettle. There is also milk, tea , coffee pods and banana bread or a lovely cafe an easy walk away called “Brisbean”. The garden itself is accessible and pleasant to take a walk around with a pond, chicken house and possibly two little friendly, curious Pomeranians to keep you company ! We also welcome your dog if he/she is small and well behaved. They are allowed inside the room as small dogs are usually used to being inside and there is a grass area just outside for them to do their business. We would appreciate it if you picked up the doo doos because others including ourselves also use that area ! The area is fenced so there is no problem with escapees. We keep our dogs separate if you do bring yours, it is just quieter and safer for all .
    Our neighbourhood is quiet, leafy, family and dog friendly, perfect for taking a walk around if you don't mind hills ! There are great views of the city to be had and breezes in the evenings.

  • We had a quiet and relaxing night in Pennys apartment before our departure from Brisbane. The room is small, but has its own charm. The view of the great garden is beautiful. We had breakfast on the terrace in the sunshine and enjoyed the view. Of course we also have to mention Penny's two sweet dogs, who even visited us once. The airport is about 20 minutes away and there are some restaurants nearby. We had delicious Thai food.

Our home is ideally located in a quiet neighbourhood whilst being a quick 10 minute drive from the city, Chinatown, Royal Brisbane Hospital, show grounds and many more suburbs. It takes 18 mins through the tunnel to the airport.
    This is a small-average bedroom, part of a huge family home. The bedroom has a large chest of drawers with 5 drawers where you can store your belongings. It can be a sun soaked room with the curtain open or cozy and dark with it closed!! The bed is a double bed. Parking is no problem whatsoever and if you are staying for more than 2 nights you are welcome to use the washing machine and line. We live across the road from some natural bushland ...very close to the city! So there is plenty of space to park your car, and go for a walk down the bike track. Extra help can be provided if you need anything else so please don't be afraid to ask!
    We live in an incredible family friendly and safe neighbourhood - we are the only house on our street and there are two big parks, the Enogerra Creek and a 10km bike track just steps from our place. Walking the bike track will take you to the Showgrounds and the Royal Brisbane Hospital in around 10mins.

    The space is far from grand, best suited as a place to rest a weary head. The room is compact, however, you are welcome to use any of the other casual & comfy areas throughout the house. The house is an old Queenslander, with character, some aspects are dated but kept exceptional clean.

In addition, you are not far from the Story Bridge as well as the perfect view of the skyline - so you can take a quick look at the city at night! Lee and Damian are very nice.     My place is a little bit like an oasis away from the hectic City or West End action but yet so close. 10 minute walk and you are on Boundary Street. 5 minutes walk to a Greek and Thai. Of course there is a bottle shop. 5 minutes further you enter the strip of restaurants on Hardgrave Road. There is so much to do and explore around my place. The space is downstairs and you have your own entrance and carport. There is heaps of unlimited parking on the street. There are 2 bedrooms and a kitchen.
    My place is an old Queenslander.
    Iris’s home is located in West End, Queensland, Australia. West End is such a great place to explore, you will just love it!!!

  • We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment! It was modern, clean and just what we needed for our week in Brisbane. Marisa was a great host and very accommodating, helpful and friendly. There wasn't AirCon in the bedrooms, only the lounge (our mistake for not checking) and it was particularly hot while we were there so we were pretty warm at night, even with the ceiling fans. The only other downfall was that the WiFi was very slow and didn't work at times (despite a router reboot), but this is apparently unusual. But other than that, everything was great and we had all the amenities we could have needed, including lots of Tupperware for our picnic lunches - so handy! Thank you Marisa for welcoming us to Brisbane and providing such a lovely space to live in.

    Hello and welcome to our place! This listing is one of three bedrooms available. The house is an original old Queensland cottage, with the original wall panels etc., used in the middle of the last century to build, is an average sized home. It is very centrally located and is walking distance to the major hospital and the showgrounds. A 15 minute bus or train ride will get you to the city. The house is surrounded by parks and offers a very relaxing atmosphere. The kitchen is fully equipped.
    Centrally located in the close to city suburb of Windsor, our home is a secluded gem away from the hustle and bustle of main roads and loud transportation - but close enough to get you wherever you need. You are practically surrounded by greenery and huge parks and right next to a bike track that can get you to the hospital or the bus stop/train station in minutes. The bedroom is located on the second storey of the house. I have another host who lives downstairs and will be able to help you with anything you need and give you information etc as well as watch over the place. You can take both bedrooms i The train station, which is only 4 stops from the city is about 800m up the road and the bus stop is just about 100 m at the top of our street. The trip to the city takes just 15 minutes in the bus and is a 40 minute walk, if you feel athletic.
    We live in such a nice area - our house is surrounded by parks and bike tracks and greenery and the sound of traffic is non existent despite being so close to the city and other common suburbs. There is a tonne of parking around our place but if you can't drive you will have no problem getting to the train or bus station - or even walking to surrounding suburbs like Albion, Bowen Hills, Wilston and Herston.

It rained during my one day stay so I found a nice little spa to have a facial and de-stress after my flight from NZ. Some noise in the morning, but I'm an early bird and I didn't mind. I think that was only because it was Monday morning and there are improvements being made to the property. Jodie-Anne was a lovely host and I would stay again. Thank you x

    This fully air conditioned accommodation is in a perfect location, 4km from Brisbane CBD, great for inner city living without the hustle and bustle. Suited to singles, couples or small families. Walking distance to local shops and cafes. A short walk to the bus stop for easy access to the City and surrounds.
    The garden is a dominant feature of the space. Both the deck area and the tea house provide views of the garden which is relaxing and private. Guests have their own private access to the living area which is fully air conditioned. Enjoy a cool beverage on the spacious deck after a day of sightseeing, meetings/work.
    The neighbourhood is close to parks. The green space at the back of the house leads to a small park. Then crossing the road at the end of the street is a larger park, playground and coffee shops, just a 50 metre walk. The neighbourhood is quiet and leafy. A short drive will take you to the Mt Cootha Botanic Gardens then drive to the top of Mt Cootha for magnificent views of Brisbane and enjoy a drink/lunch/dinner at the Mt Cootha Lookout restaurant.
