The cottage is located just out of the centre of Hay opposite the beautiful St Mary's Church. It is slightly quieter here than in the heart of the town but is still only a 5 minute walk into the centre. It is very easy to access the river walks, simply taking the path to the right of the church. The cottage is full of character with wooden beams, a wood-burning stove, the original fireplace in the bedroom, wooden flooring throughout the downstairs, and a beautiful south-facing garden.

Outfield is a modern house built in 2014 offering panoramic country views, stone flooring, under floor heating and french doors opening out onto patio area. The county town of Hereford is 12 miles and the famous town of books Hay on Wye is 8 miles
