  • This home was just perfect for our stay. It felt very cozy and homey inside. Included everything we needed (cutlery, dishes, pots/pans) except for towels (which is mentioned in Lucky's introduction and emails prior to arrival). We used the kayaks/canoe on a sunny day to go out to the town area to grab little desserts and walk around. Fall foliage sight is just unbelievably beautiful (people asked if my pictures were fake). Really enjoyed staying here and would visit again.

  • The house was perfect and setting beautiful. Lucky was easy to communicate with and helpful when needed. I highly recommend.

  • The view from the deck is beautiful and relaxing. We really enjoyed having a campfire each night. You have to bring your own wood, but it is worth it. It was nice being close to town. A lot of restaurants and cute shops.

  • Small, quaint house. A bit tight for 2 families of four, but outdoor space and location of house makes up for it. Kids enjoyed using kayaks and location of house is perfect for a stroll through downtown.

  • Would highly recommend this place to any friends and family that want to have fun on Lake-Winn. Plenty of space for big family. Plenty of things to do on the property and Wolfeboro that will entertain everyone on the trip. Would definitely rent there again.

  • Beautiful! Private, quiet spot on the lake. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! (I would only caution people with small children about the random glass that appears in the sand, in the water. I picked up quite a bit on a daily basis.)

    Nicole2019-07-28T00:00:00Z
  • This house is perfect for singles, families, couples and friends reunions! It is exactly as pictured, maybe even better!!! Sooooo great to wake up to the lake, watch waterskiers and enjoy a bon fire!!!! We had the best time!

    Christine2019-06-11T00:00:00Z
  • Lucky's place is a home away home for our family's vacation. We had so much fun to fishing on the private dock and the beautiful water view! Everything is just perfect.

  • Great place to stay, very cozy!

    Seth2020-02-16T00:00:00Z
  • This place is perfect. It was SO quiet and peaceful. It is in one of the best parts of town - really wonderful quiet neighborhood convenient to everything. We loved the walk to the beach which is on the best part of lake Winnipesaukee. Elaine and Jack spoiled us with home baked treats - and we had extra to help us through a freezing day at the Abenaki Slalom race my son raced in. We had a blast and it was nice having this super cozy home away from home. Thank you!!!

  • Amazing place for a short getaway or a long vacation! Beautiful place and awesome hospitality! The homemade breakfasts were an added bonus!! Definitely recommend staying here and I hope we get the chance to go back and stay again!

    Caitlin2020-02-12T00:00:00Z
  • Jack and Elaine are excellent hosts and provided a welcoming and luxuriant experience. The house was well cared for and clean. The shower, linens, and soaps were wonderful, and the place had a very homey feel. The location is great for XC skiiers and has great lake access.

    Marissa2020-02-09T00:00:00Z
  • Jack and Elaine's place was perfect for a quick overnight in Wolfeboro before an all-day retreat in New Hampshire, but I would stay for a longer trip. The bed was fantastically comfortable, the entire suite spacious, sparkling clean, and quiet. Jack's blueberry coffee cake for breakfast was surprisingly substantive and very delicious. Would love to stay here again on a future trip! Highly recommended; value was outstanding.

WATER ACCESS! A perfect space to stay while visiting Lake Winnipesaukee! This is a nice, newly-renovated studio with a kitchen for you to enjoy during your lake getaway.
  • The stay was beautiful!

  • Great location, incredibly clean and very comfortable. Would definitely recommend to others. This is only a few steps from the heart of Wolfeboro bay and Lake Winnipesaukee. We had no issues with the street parking outside the unit, but I could see this being more challenging during summer months. Overall loved it and would stay again.

    Meg2020-03-02T00:00:00Z
  • Amazing time! We spent a winter weekend away. Spent a few hours in North Conway and drove to Portland, ME. Both day excursions were awesome in addition to the cute town of Wolfesboro. :) perfect location, easy waking distance to everything!! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

    Kristy2020-02-24T00:00:00Z
  • Pictures don’t do justice of this place and the location, it was perfect for us!! Very spacious, clean, walking distance to buy groceries, go out to eat, and a few steps away from the lake to enjoy the sunrise. Such a lovely place and fully renovated. I love cooking and prefer it over going out to eat so this place was great especially because it already had some basic needs like coffee maker, blender, a couple of pans, colander, mixing bowls, utensils, silverware, plates, wine glasses, coffee cups and more. I also really appreciated that extra clean towels were within an arms reach. A washer and dryer are also provided but you must bring or buy your own detergent as well as toiletries if you are staying more than a couple of days. They did also gracefully provide plenty of tp, a small soap bar, shampoo, mouthwash and little serving of toothpaste but we didn’t need to use it since we brought our own. I would come back and stay here again anytime! God bless you guys for helping us have such a pleasant stay in Wolfeboro. ❤️😊

Welcome to Winter~Fell, a minimalistic, modern home located just across the road from Lower Beech Pond containing potable clean water and down stream from Wolfeboro's drinking water reservoir. The neighborhood is a private association with tennis courts, two beaches and a small marina. It is 6 miles from Wolfeboro NH. The house is across the street from "2nd Beach", has 3 bedrooms, two with King-sized beds and one with a double bunk/twin pull out trundle bed. The home also boasts two porches.
It is quiet and idyllic and yet just minutes away from Wolfboro and Lake Winnepesaukee. Winterfell is truly a "home away from home"! House is stocked with wood, charcoal, LP Gas, towels, linens and cooking supplies. House also close to snowmobile trails and active ice fishing and hiking activities.
Secluded, quiet and peaceful but close to Winnipesaukee and Wolfeboro.
  • Winter~Fell was perfect for our family to get away from it all for a few days. It was very spacious and the beds were the most comfortable we've ever slept in away from home. Beautiful mountain setting but close enough to town that we didn't have to drive too far to pick up provisions or find shopping and restaurants. Aside from groceries, all we had to bring was ourselves. The house has all the other comforts and amenities of home, and for a very affordable nightly rate.

  • Had a great stay- will definitely be back. So many nice touches to this house. A great living room where we enjoyed the fire and made a puzzle. Slept the best night of my life in that king bed (seriously!). And enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and local hiking and running trails.

    Taylor2019-11-10T00:00:00Z
  • Andrew was attentive and responsive during our stay. The location was perfect for us, just a few doors down from our family house during a reunion. Needless to say we love Hidden Valley and the foliage was excellent this year, so it was a great stay.

  • Vicki made us feel so welcome! She made us some warm pretzels and we chatted for hours with her and her husband. My ear piercing decided to get infected and vicki helped me with some hydrogen peroxide, not to mention great amenities and thoughtful touches in the room, we hope to come back in the future for our next weekend getaway!

  • Error! Or rather, a feeling of great regret arose when entering the house of K & V Farm and knowing that the booking is only for one night! The house offers every comfort and stands out in particular by a lot of atmosphere. Such a cozy and original accommodation is certainly rarely found during lifetime. The two lovely hosts fill the house with life and heartfelt family hospitality. We were unfortunately only one night guest but our recommendation can not be emphatic enough! Vickie and Ken, thank you for welcoming us to your home! See you next time!! Sylvie & Božo

We really enjoyed our stay, highly recommend Vicki and Ken’s place. We will definitely stay here again if in the area.

  • Vicki and her home provided us with more than we ever could have hoped for! A beautiful house filled with the kindest people, the tastiest treats, and incredible amenities make Vicki’s place the perfect New Hampshire getaway.

  • The space was amazing and Vicki is an awesome host and will get you anything you need places to eat, sights to see etc... very clean and spacious!!! Will definitely stay there again!

    Jon2019-08-31T00:00:00Z
  • This "New Hampshire home with a Montana flare" is exactly as promised! One of the nicest airbnb homes we have ever stayed in. We can't say enough good things about Vicki. She is the quintessential host, providing so much more than is typical. We were met with a warm welcome that just continued throughout the weekend, with many lovely surprises. We were in Wolfeboro to celebrate my husband's birthday and do some kayaking. Vicki made the event so special and even had a beautiful cake for Ed! The guests who were also staying there were lovely people and we enjoyed sharing our stories of travel and life. Vicki's husband, Ken, made us feel like we were all part of a big extended family. For me, that's the best you can ask for! A home away from home. Thank you Vicki and Ken, we'll be back! Iris Newalu

  • Nice to have a little kitchen when traveling. You do not need to bring groceries-there is a grocery store 10 yards away. The communal areas outdoors were great. Tons of porch style swings, a couple nice places for fires and smores. The firewood is stocked, you just show up and enjoy. The tire swing is on an ENORMOUS beautiful old tree and it is the best tire swing, ever. My 5 year old found immediate friends and all 3 loved hanging out. You don't have to use the communal areas-there are picnic tables and chairs in front of every cottage, we just enjoyed all the happy people on vacation. If you plan on borrowing free kayaks you will need a car to move them, it is much too far to walk while carrying them. But a regular walk into town is delightful. One direction is a cute little downtown area at the lake. Such a great neighborhood.

  • David & Jodi did a phenomenal job with making my weekend in Wolfeboro comfortable. Everything was clean, organized and ready for me to arrive. Their communication was much great. Really looking forward to staying back there next time I'm in Wolfeboro!

  • Great cottage and perfect location! We really enjoyed our stay!

    Travis2018-09-16T00:00:00Z
  • The Cottages of Wolfeboro were the most quaint little bungalows you could find in a wonderful vacation town. We had just gotten a puppy a few months ago and needed to get out of town for a few days of relaxation and fun. David was more than accommodating and let us bring our 4 month old Newfoundland. The cottage itself was equipped with everything we needed for the weekend and was SO clean. They offered use of their kayaks and bikes, plus a ton of wood for anyone's use at the 2 fire pit locations. I would highly recommend the Cottages! They were family friendly and David and Jodi were always around to chat or answer any questions we had.

  • I LOVED everything about the little "Squam," cottage! It's as cute and clean as depicted on the site. Even though I didn't meet David, his staff couldn't have been more friendly or accommodating. First day of summer...full strawberry moon...LIFE IS GOOD! Sincerely, Debbie

  • The cottage was perfect: clean, cozy, and stocked with everything you need for a short getaway. The hosts were very welcoming, friendly, and helpful. The neighborhood is a wonderfully quaint town, and the cottage is located minutes for the lake and any of convenience you'd want. We had an awesome time!

  • Andy and Liz's place was sparkling clean. They stocked all the amenities we needed and more. The couch bed, bunk bed and the queen bed was perfect for our family of four. Andy was very responsive to my messages/queries. The location is perfect with walking distance to many restaurants and the lake.

  • Andy and Liz’s place is so convenient - easy check in, parking right outside, and very close to downtown with many shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay there again if I were in the area!

    Sarah2019-09-22T00:00:00Z
  • Great location, accessible to everything. Though it is located off of their home it was completely private. We appreciated the convenience of parking right next to the entrance when packing and unpacking the car. Once we got to town we were able to hop on our bikes and were on the bike path in 2 minutes! There were great options for meals just a few minutes walk away.

    Jeanne2019-09-08T00:00:00Z
  • We had a wonderful time! The location is ideal for walking into town and the lake. The place is very clean and had everything to make our weekend great!

Sweet Apple Camp is one of only five camps, and has a wonderful view of the Apple Orchard, The Ruins fireplace, and the woodland. It sleeps 2 in 225 SF of living space. Its entry is via a side deck through French doors, making it extremely private. It has a queen bed with nightstands, a bathroom with full shower, and a kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave, Keurig, toaster, and skillet. It also has a hand hewn pine peninsula with barstool seating. Garden seating and a Weber grill complete this camp. Sweet Apple Camp has a theme of gardens and birds which are both very dear to our hearts!
Sweet Apple Camp at Grey Shingles Camps is in a quiet residential area on Rust Pond in Wolfeboro, NH. We are about 1.5 miles south of Wolfeboro, "The Oldest Summer Resort in America"! You will find many terrific restaurants, bakeries, brew pubs, shops, galleries, and museums to enjoy. Lake Winnipesaukee and the White Mountains are just up the road!
  • We had a wonderful stay at Robin and Rich’s property. It was super clean and in a perfect location. They gave us helpful tips on the best hiking spots in the area, and their suggestion did not disappoint! Not only was it not crowded (rare during peak foliage season in New Hampshire), but the views were spectacular. The space was thoughtfully decorated and cozy. We were super busy the weekend we visited so we were not able to take advantage of the wonderful amenities, but we will definitely be back!

    Melissa2019-10-14T00:00:00Z
  • What an amazing place to stay! The location on Rust Pond is beautiful and the cabins were wonderfully renovated with thoughtful touches, local suggestions, and and well equipped with all the basics in the kitchenette. The commons areas were wonderfully kept with great landscaping and lots of outdoor activities to enjoy including cornhole, paddle board rentals, a rec room with games. This was probably the best Airbnb I have stayed at in years!

    Cory2019-07-22T00:00:00Z
  • Great spot, quite New England setting just outside a small town.

    Brian2018-10-21T00:00:00Z
  • Rich and Robin’s cabins are delightful. They have thought of everything to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. We would definitely recommend this location to anyone!

    Rebecca2018-09-16T00:00:00Z
  • Beautiful cabins, wonderful hosts the perfect relaxing getaway!

    Jessica2018-09-03T00:00:00Z
  • can’t recommend this place enough! if your looking in this area, you simply can’t beat Grey Shingles Camp. Robin and Rich are ideal hosts and we can’t wait to make a return trip soon!

    Ben2018-08-24T00:00:00Z
  • Robin and Rich are fantastic hosts. Perfect combination of availability and privacy. Cabins are adorable, property is pristine, lake is gorgeous, so much to do and see or so many ways to do nothing. Rec House has full kitchen and you felt very welcome to use it. Cabins had all the basics you need and were actually super stylish and amazing comfortable. Loved everything.

    Bonnie2018-08-08T00:00:00Z
  • Robin & Rich were the perfect hosts; friendly but not at all invasive and very helpful. The grounds are well maintained and the lake is within a short walking distance. Our cabin (Sweet Apple) was exactly the right size for two people and the little touches (microwave, Keurig, mini fridge, comfortable bed) really made it feel like home. The clubhouse is stocked with books, games (board and card as well as foosball and ping pong), a full kitchen and tv. There is also a fire pit on site with many sticks provided for making s’mores. Down at the lake, kayaks, paddle boards and a canoe can all be used for no extra charge. This is a wonderful place to visit either as a family or a couple; you can be as friendly with the other guests as you’d like or just keep to yourself. It was the perfect place to relax while reading in the hammock or grilling and eating dinner outside. We plan to make this an annual tradition.

We only change these when our guests complete their stay. What to bring: -Any cooking materials and paper products (paper towels, napkins and toilet paper) as needed. -The studio is cleaned between each stay. • We had a great stay in Wolfeboro. The apartment is really cute and in a great location. I think the people who run it are like a small hotel business, and the apartment has a bit of a commercial vibe to it (as opposed to the real-life hominess of some airbnbs) but it was still great. The kitchen is well stocked with all supplies you need to make a good meal. The hosts communicated very quickly for any question that we had. The only extremely minor complaint we had was that the listing said parking on premises when in reality there was only street parking. This was a little bit of a bummer because it snowed overnight and then the plows came so our cars really got snowed in deep out on the street. But a kind neighbor lent us a shovel so it was okay.

A few things to note: • Check-in was very easy. • Super clean/tidy, with great decor. • Washer/dryer = big help after a long day out. • Kitchen was well-organized and appointed. • This place is perfectly situated in the center of town.

    Joyce2019-10-22T00:00:00Z
  • We stayed here for the weekend when we were in town for a wedding. The location couldn't have been more perfect - just a block or two from downtown. Street parking wasn't a problem for us - we were able to park right outside the unit all weekend. The space was VERY clean and comfortable - obviously very well maintained after a fairly recent remodel. Checkin was easy - no hassle at all and the host(s) were very communicative and responsive. We highly recommend this rental - it was truly outstanding.

    Craig2019-10-20T00:00:00Z
  • Sparkling clean place, easy check-in, fast wifi, comfy beds - this was a lovely spot about 1 minute away from the water with easy access to the town's restaurants and shops. We enjoyed a great stay here!

They do a great job making sure you have everything you need and that you’re welcomed on the farm. We enjoyed walking around and seeing the farm animals on the property, but the puppies were the highlight! The location was perfect and made it easy to get to where we wanted to be. We definitely are planning to come back! Probably one of the best Airbnb’s to stay at.

  • You can expect a clean well appointed cottage with easy access to everything in Wolfeboro. The access to bicycles and kayaks are a big plus. The yard area around the cottages is very clean with very nice yard furniture. We were also able to easily walk to stores and restaurants.

    James2019-07-27T00:00:00Z
  • We had an awesome stay at the Cottages. The accommodations were very clean and comfortable. It was located a few blocks from a very quaint New England downtown area and a beautiful lake. Beds were extremely comfortable. Loved the set up whereby couples/families could sit outside their cabin and relax and enjoy the "communal" feel. It was like being back in the "Leave it to Beaver Days" when friends and family congregated together. However, if you wanted to be alone that worked too. If we are ever traveling back that way again we would for sure stay here again. The host was excellent and responded very quickly.

Often described as Wolfeboro's favorite house, this historic Victorian sits right downtown Wolfeboro and on the water looking across to the town docks, Brewster Academy and Wolfeboro Bay. This two-story unit, occupying the second and third floors, has a beautiful porch overlooking the bay and is located by the famous Yum Yum Shop.
  • We had a great stay and the place was beautiful! The location couldn’t be more convenient and the views are stunning.

Beautiful, quiet lakeside cabin in woods on Winter Harbor, Lake Winnipesaukee. Private 225' waterfront with beach and 30' seasonal dock. Large exterior deck space with chairs, tables, Bar-BQ.
RayCraft is located on the former property of Camp Boycroft, a summer camp for boys which was operational in the early 20th century. The older part of the cabin was the original Craft House of the boys camp and was located about 200 yards southward along the lakeshore. During the winter of 1961, the structure was moved over the ice to its present location. The cabin has been expanded and renovated and today includes a new kitchen, living room, deck, and upstairs bedroom. Today it is owned by David Ray and Margaret Reynolds, grandchildren of the original boys camp director. For more information see our Website. AirBnB won't let me post the actual link, so you'll have to guess what I mean by "demarrer PERIOD com SLASH RayCraft". (Try it.)
Cabin is set amid pine and oak trees along a water front down a private road. Neighboring houses on either side are just barely visible through trees. Neighbors are friendly, but please try to keep any pets you bring along from romping through their yard.
  • David's cottage is the perfect place to get lakefront living at a reasonable price. The location is secluded and peaceful. The cottage itself is great, real NH aesthetic. If you have a boat, Winter Harbor is as good as it gets. David's dock is deep and protected.

    Michael2019-07-20T00:00:00Z
  • Awesome spot! Private setting -listen to the loon calls and enjoy the option of doing absolutely nothing! Every trip to town should include either a trip to Baileys Bubble for ice cream or to the new YumYum Shoppe for cronuts!

    AnnMarie2018-08-11T00:00:00Z
  • Don't hesitate to book this place. This was our 15th year staying at Raycraft and we had a wonderful week as always! Five stars. The new refrigerator was a nice surprise this year. Counting the days until we are back enjoying our favorite lake house!! Until next year...

    Robin2018-06-30T00:00:00Z
  • Raycroft was a great vacation spot for our family. It is very clean and has a well equipped kitchen. You need to bring your own linens but there are padded mattress pads on every bed, pillows and blankets. The washer and dryer came in handy with children and a few nights were cold so the wood burning stove was wonderful for the family to hang out around. The grocery store in Wolfeboro had everything thing we needed.

    Tara2017-09-02T00:00:00Z
  • Our family had an amazing time at the cottage! David was a pleasure to work with and got back to me very quickly when questions arose. The cottage is very private and secluded and has a camping in the wilderness feel, but provides you with many of the comforts of home. We were able to dock our boat steps away at the waterfront and the kids really enjoyed the little beach area as well as jumping off the dock. The location on Winter Harbor was perfect too, easy access to Wolfborough by boat or car, and pretty quiet waters for kayaking along the shore. The only small but manageable issue was trying to get my 6' tall 14 and 16 year old sons to fit in the smaller than twin old style camp bunks. We hope to visit again next year and make a family tradition out of visiting this cottage.

    Kimberly2017-07-23T00:00:00Z
  • This was our 14th year staying here. We just love it. Such a beautiful quiet spot. The dock is the perfect spot to relax with a good book and a cup of coffee in the morning. We spend our days paddle-boarding and floating around in the sun. A quick car ride brings you to downtown Wolfeboro for dinner at one of the many excellent restaurants or for an after dinner ice cream cone. Overall a fantastic spot for a great family vacation. We'll be back!

    Robin2017-07-01T00:00:00Z
  • We have been renting this house every year (most years twice a year) since 2004. Our children consider it "our lake house!" It is in a beautiful location, just a short drive to downtown Wolfeboro. The house itself is a comfortable home-away-from-home, a great mix of lake house charm and modern amenities. We look forward to returning again in June 2017!

    Robin2016-09-04T00:00:00Z
  • Our family has been coming up to the lake for over 15 years but this was our first time in the Wolfeboro and Tuftonboro area. David was very kind, patient with our questions and always prompt in his responses. RayCraft is the perfect lake house for all ages, perfect location, everything lake lovers could want. We left some cheery yellow flowers on the deck for the next lucky guest to enjoy and we're already looking foreword to booking with Davud again!

  • We booked this cabin looking for a peaceful stay in a beautiful surrounding and it more than delivered. The location was close enough to town to pop out and get what we needed but totally serene when we were in the house. We were especially taken with how great the view was from inside the house, with the lake dominating the sightline from nearly every window. It was hugely relaxing and felt like we were practically floating on the water. Andy and Emily themselves were extremely responsive and accommodating, and left easy instructions for everything. Great place, great hosts. I'll absolutely be keeping this place in mind for the next trip to NH.

    Matt2019-09-28T00:00:00Z
  • The Pond House is a wonderful get away for complete relaxation. Andy and Emily are excellent hosts who go the extra mile to make guests feel welcomed and at home. Upon arrival we we received a card welcoming us and some human and doggie treats to enjoy! So incredibly thoughtful! We spent our days relaxing on the hammock or deck, taking in the sunshine and views, kayaking or canoeing in boats provided, or tooling around Wolfeboro. We enjoyed Baxter Beach at Lake Winnipesaukee and the fact that the Whites were only about an hour away for hiking. Evenings were great for grilling on the deck and listening to some old records on the record player while we played board games! Perfect summer getaway! Thank you Andy and Emily!

    Heather2019-09-01T00:00:00Z
  • Absolute waterfront, extremely quiet, charming hosts.

    Marlynn2019-08-26T00:00:00Z
  • Thank you for being such an amazing host! We had the most relaxing time. The lake is so beautiful and quite. We really enjoyed nights on the patio, kayaking, fishing and going on canoe and row boat rides. It’s also less than 45 minutes from everything around Lake Winnipesaukee which was perfect! We would definitely recommend this spot for anyone looking for the perfect home away from home.

    Heather2019-08-17T00:00:00Z
  • We had a great stay at Andy & Emily's pondside home! The place was sparkling clean, offered dog-friendly, toddler-friendly spot for a family vacation. We had a problem with our toilet during the stay, but they were extremely responsive and took care of it that day with minimal disruption to our day, which was really incredible! I think it says a lot about them that when a problem occurred, they were right on top of it and had a backup plan for us if they couldn't get everything back in working order as quickly as they hoped. We loved the gated deck overlooking the water for all of us to enjoy the view safely, and having the kayaks available was awesome. Absolutely loved hanging out in the hammock as well. Can't say enough good things about our experience, thank you so much!

    Mary2019-08-10T00:00:00Z
  • What a gem! Andy and Emily’s place was everything we were looking for, and more. Wonderful views, good fishing spot, peace and quiet, and just a short drive to all the attractions of Wolfeboro. Andy and Emily are excellent hosts as well. They provided thoughtful accommodations that made our stay with a toddler much easier. The house feels like home. It’s well equipped with necessities, and plenty of ways to have fun, indoors and out. We absolutely loved our time at the pond house!

    Christine2019-08-03T00:00:00Z
  • Staying at the Pond House is like heaven on earth. Peaceful and relaxing describes this place on an idyllic pond close to all Wolfeboro has to offer. Andy and Emily are wonderful hosts and provide a well stocked house for all your vacation needs. Canoeing on the pond early mornings and after dinner was my favorite activity. The house was perfect for my 3 month old grandson’s first vacation.

    Roni2019-07-27T00:00:00Z
  • Our family had an amazing time at this property. We were able to relax, take in the views and enjoy watching our young children swim, kayak, fish and play. The amenities were abundant and the house was clean and well kept. The drive into town was quick and getting a snack or a quick bite to eat was a breeze. Truly, a great vacation!

  • We had a wonderful stay at Dawns place! There were 2 families of 3 and we had plenty of room, we loved how opened the downstairs was! We brought a few snowmobiles and the house is right across from from Mirror lake to ride on. There seem to be additional trails down the street as well. Dawn was very responsive to messages and wonderful to work with! We will be back, thanks Dawn!

    Ludovic2019-12-01T00:00:00Z
  • A clean and well laid-out home across the road from the lake, with lovely views. We enjoyed the canoe, the fire pit and the indoor gas fire on a weekend with 80 degree days and 45 degree nights. The mattress in the master bedroom is too soft for our taste, but the comforter was great. Excellent communication with our host.

    Catharina2019-09-30T00:00:00Z
  • You are in for a relaxing and open space setting that is perfect for family and friends to hang out after lake fun and downtown shopping, dinner or drinks. Hosts are very responsive and the accommodations are clean and orderly. We have stayed twice and will again. Tom

  • Super clean space with comfortable beds, great views, and only about a 7-minute ride to downtown Wolfeboro. Dawn was an excellent host and responded immediately to all inquiries we had during our stay. Would stay again!

    Rachel2019-08-11T00:00:00Z
  • This property is amazing! Extremely clean, tons of space and open floor plan downstairs. Plenty of beds to sleep 8+ people and directly across from the lake. Also, most restaurants and stores are less than 10 mins away. My family and I had a great time and it was nice that we didn’t have to bring a pack n play or a high chair for our little one because both were supplied for us. We will definitely be returning!

There wasnt a TV but we were busy all day and didnt miss it! Thanks for allowing us to visit the lovely town of Wolfeboro!

Picturesque Main Street, Wolfeboro location and just a short walk to town. Great neighbors, but plenty of privacy. There are 3 public beaches in Wolfeboro, which are each just a short distance away.
  • George's house was great for our family holiday get away. We could walk to town (about 2 miles) or drive and park easily in town. The dining room fit us all comfortably and we cooked great meals in the kitchen. There is road noise, but we only noticed it in the evenings upstairs. It's a great home for a family get together. We'd love to come back!

    Lisa2019-12-29T00:00:00Z
  • This was a very clean and comfortable home. Great location, close to downtown Wolfeboro where you'll find shops and restaurants. The kitchen has everything you might need to prepare your own meals. We had a great time and would definitely go back. 2 thumbs up!

  • A great house! Exactly as we expected. Quaint, nice spacious livingroom for all to hangout. Very accessible to town, short 5 minute drive. Nice sun room for summer and we even enjoyed it in the fall. We recommend booking this house!

  • Plenty of space and very accommodating

    Sal2019-09-22T00:00:00Z
  • This house is so adorable. The vintage decor was beautiful and made the house feel straight out of a magazine. The house had all of the amenities you would need, kitchen supplies, washer, dryer, ironing board, etc.. We stayed there with our four kids and it suited us just fine. It has a good sized yard for the kids to run around in but it’s on a very busy road. The noise from the road wasn’t an issue. It was a short drive into town. You could probably walk if you were feeling ambitious. George was very helpful and answered our questions right away. He even stopped by to make sure we figured out how to turn the furnace on when we asked. I will definitely stay there again while in Wolfeboro. Thanks so much!

    April2019-09-16T00:00:00Z
  • When visiting the wolfeboro area you must stay here

    Allen2019-09-08T00:00:00Z
  • A beautiful farmhouse much bigger than expected. My kids enjoyed the back yard! 2 minutes from town, very easy check in, we had a blast!

    Jordan2019-09-04T00:00:00Z
  • The place is great, a lovely antique farmhouse with a nearly commercial kitchen. It is a tad close to the main road, but that’s how most antique farmhouses are. The walk into town is a mile or two, certainly not a deal breaker since I imagine most people will have a car, but potentially not as walkable as some might think. It’s super clean, with fresh sheets on the bed and plenty of towels waiting.

Sewall Road - walk to town location!!! Adorable 3 bedroom cottage just steps from the water with great swimming, deep water docking and beautiful views. Living room with fireplace, bright & clean kitchen and comfortable bedrooms. Place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets).
There is a 34' x 24' wood deck, partially covered by a farmers porch roof. With southern exposure it is the perfect place to entertain or grill (gas) while enjoying the views. The deck is right on the water, and leads to two 30' deep water docks that will accommodate 3, 25 foot + power boats. There is also a swim ladder at the end of the western dock. The house has a level asphalt driveway that can accommodate 4 cars. There is also a basketball hoop for fun family competition!
  • What a charming cottage on the lake. This is a hidden gem. We felt like the house was on the water with it being so close. You can’t beat the views here. The cottage was spotless and has an open feeling. It fit the 5 of us and 2 dogs just fine. Also, I need to note that the town of Wolfeboro is so quaint and has the total New England feel. Thank You again Robert! We really hope to come back!!!

  • What a great location, Robert was a great host. The home is beautiful and the entire trip was fantastic!

  • Fantastic stay! Very clean and comfortable. Amazing views and so close to town (only a mile and a half). Location could not have been better! Rob was a great host, he even stopped by to answer any questions and make sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely rent this house again!

    Barbara2019-10-14T00:00:00Z
  • The views from this house cannot be beat! This was our first trip to Lake Winnipesaukee and it far exceeded any expectations. The house is just a mile and a half from the cute center of town- so very easy access for dinner, shopping and a great ice cream cone. It is the best of both worlds being close to town and also directly on the lake for relaxation, swimming off the dock and sparkling water views. We will definitely be back!

    Carolyn2019-09-30T00:00:00Z
  • Terrific house in a terrific location. We had 5 people, 3 adults and 2 kids, it worked out perfectly. Much of the house has been renovated; floors, counters, everything was clean. The deck is literally on the water, it is connected directly to 2 docks. amazing views. The house is right around the corner from wolfeboro bay, just a few minutes by boat. we brought one small dog, and they have the deck fenced in which was great. definitely recommend!

    Rick2019-08-31T00:00:00Z
  • Cozy place right on the water with amazing views and crystal clear water. Great kayaking from there to Wolfeboro and towards Tuftonboro. Quick ride to walking/x-country trails, a 12 mile rails-to-trails trail and delightful Wolfeboro.

    Lisa2019-08-24T00:00:00Z
  • Amazing location, very relaxing place, exactly what we were looking for! The view is spectacular too! Rob is an excellent host.

    Janine2019-08-10T00:00:00Z
  • This place is beautiful....not fancy but very beautiful. It was clean and tidy and, unlike other rentals we've experienced, it didn't have chotchkies cluttering it up. The kitchen had everything we needed and we grilled 5 of our 7 nights there. The fantastic view from the master bedroom made you feel like you were sleeping in the middle of the lake. Neighbors (who were close in proximity) were very nice and it was quiet and peaceful at night. When a small issue arose during our stay, Rob fixed the problem before we even got home. We was welcoming and never intrusive. We would definitely rent here and from Rob again.

  • My boyfriend and I spent a couple nights here for a little getaway. We really loved it and would definitely stay here again. We enjoyed meeting David, the owner, and thought he was the most charming, helpful host. The location is really great and the grounds themselves are really well-maintained and beautiful. We really look forward to visiting Lake Winnipesaukee again :)

  • Beautifully finished cabin with ample hardwood interior. Bed is really comfortable and nights were quiet. Jodi welcomed us at the beginning of our stay and really went above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of. Plenty of activities to do around Lake Wentworth (we kayaked twice, walked around the town center, and checked out a local tavern). Lots of town goers were friendly and receptive to our pet retriever, which made the stay even more relaxing. Definitely plan to revisit next season!

  • We stayed at David’s place in Wolfeboro for a long weekend and it was great! We used the free bikes they had and it made it so easy to get around everywhere. I highly recommend this cute little cottage.

  • We had a great stay! Really cute cottage with all the necessities. Close to the downtown area with some neat shops and restaurants. Close to a great bike trail too!

  • The cottage was wonderful, very cozy but not at all cramped. I'd highly recommend a stay here. Super friendly host, met us upon arrival to make sure we were settled and to see if we had any questions. Check in (and check out) was very easy and the stay was great. Wish we could've stayed longer!

    Tsilavo2016-06-14T00:00:00Z
  • David and the staff at The Cottages made my stay great. The cottage was filled with everything you'd need (wine opener, coffee and filters, pots and pans, a charcoal grill) and was extremely close to all the action. There's a lovely walking path along the lake that takes you right into downtown Wolfeboro (10 min walk) too. The accommodations were immaculate and the 1 BR cottage is the perfect size and location for a quick getaway, with lots of outdoor space to spread out and enjoy the fresh air.

    Kim2016-06-08T00:00:00Z
  • Overall an incredibly positive experience. Being centrally located was fantastic, as walking/biking trails, museums, and downtown Wolfeboro were all easily accessible by foot. Being able to borrow kayaks and bikes on a whim was also great.

Once the largest house on the lake. My place is close to great views, family-friendly activities, and restaurants. You’ll love my place because of the coziness, the views, and the location (desirable Winter Harbor). The dock can house two boats (one small and one standard boat up to 22 ft long). The grassy area next to the house is fabulous for playing games with your kids/grandchildren. While there is no beach it is shallow enough for young children. Fabulous for a getaway or a family reunion.
Escape the confines of your home / apartment in the city for a relaxing time by the water. Our property offers lots of outdoor time from swimming to hanging out on the grass. The property allows for everyone to have their own space which may be just what your family needs right now! We have a deck, a screened in porch, a gazebo, dock, raft and parking for 4 cars and a boat trailer. There is a full bathroom upstairs, a half bath off the living room and a private half bath in the hallway of bedroom 5, which is a perfect room for teens or anyone looking to use as few stairs as possible as it's off the kitchen and the only bedroom on the first floor. The 6th bedroom is our Harry Potter bedroom. It’s perfect for a child who wants their own room or someone who doesn’t mind sleeping on a cot. Guests will have access to the room after June 9th. Guests before then will have access to the bed only as it is currently a 3rd bed in the 4th bedroom. We are family friendly with child locks, a shower head with a baby setting, a raft and other great amenities. The gazebo down at the dock is great for staying out of the sun and a fantastic space for lunch.
Winter harbor is a great part of the lake. Quick and easy to get to town by boat or car. We are shielded from the broads making it one of the calmer parts of the lake. Carry beach is in the harbor but not very accessible via boat. The Libby Museum is great for people of all ages. There is a scavenger hunt for children with prizes. Learn about the animals in the area! Just a 5 minute walk away. It’s here that you’ll put your boat in the water. Need ideas for your stay? Just ask!
  • The house exceeded expectations! It was so fun sitting on the porch, using the kayaks, and watching the sunrise from the dock! Very peaceful and pretty area.

  • Amazing lakefront property great for a big group! We had a wonderful stay.

    Emily2019-09-08T00:00:00Z
  • LakeHouse is one of Wolfeboro's most valuable treasures. The water, the views, and the house especally all make for a wonderful vacation experience for a family! We love it!

    John2019-08-17T00:00:00Z
  • This wonderful old lake house is the place where family and/or friends' memories are made. It is just perfect, peaceful, and relaxing. You can not go wrong.

    Linda2019-06-28T00:00:00Z
  • This is a charming fun family lake house in an unbelievable location on a quiet private cove on the best part of the lake. Views, decks, gazebo, porch, kayaks, dock. Did I mention views?

    Jeffrey2019-06-16T00:00:00Z
  • Alexandra’s LakeHouse is located in a quiet bay off of the main lake. It’s location makes it a great launching point to the rest of the lake, whether you are boating or driving. Wolfeboro was a short drive, 5-7 mins. Wiers by boat was about 35 mins. I will say the house has much more space than we expected. I love to cook so I was very pleased to see a much more updated gas top range than what pictured in listing photos. There is also a great dining room table where we all were able to eat and play as a group, along with a great deck and porch area for relaxing. The chairs on the dock were a great place to sip your morning coffee and look for loons. We are so glad we were able to enjoy Alexandra’s place! She has a beautiful home on a beautiful lake.

    Nick2019-06-09T00:00:00Z
  • Place was as advertised. Really nice.

    Anthony2019-06-02T00:00:00Z
  • Great house right on the water, full dock, great patio!! Lots of bedrooms and sitting areas with an awesome porch. There is a also a marina close by to rent a boat (as well as the kayaks provided). Just make sure you prepare to bring all of your own sheets and towels and note that the washing machine might not be able to be used during your stay. We loved our trip and checkin was smooth and easy!! Everything was very clean as well, we had no issues!!

  • Andrew’s place was perfect for our weekend in Wolfeboro! Right in the center of town less than a 5-10 minute walk to everything. Checking in was super easy and Andrew was flexible with check in time. The room was very cute and clean and had soap, shampoo etc like a hotel folded nicely into the towels. We would love to stay again if we plan another visit to Lake Winnipesaukee!

    Jennifer2019-09-03T00:00:00Z
  • My partner Sandy and I have been enthusiastic Airbnb’ers for more than six years – all over Europe, the Middle East and coast-to-coast USA. Dozens of stays, and not a bad one – many very memorable. Nevertheless, we both agree: K&V farms – Vicki and Ken’s Wolfeboro NH home – is far and away the very best we have encountered anywhere. “Superhosts” doesn’t begin to describe their hospitality and facilities. Vicki and Ken are truly remarkable people. They are among the nicest people I’ve meet in my life – and I’ve got a lot of mileage on that life! They genuinely care about making each guest’s stay exceptional. They are very interesting people, and they take genuine interest in their guests. From their tasty breakfasts to the minute attention to every detail of our room – the Montana suite – there is nothing you could want. The décor perfectly reflects the natural environment of the area. Because the temperature was in the 80s when we arrived, Vicki had started the air conditioner as soon as we called to say we were near. They have a special refrigerator for their guests, and it’s stocked with all the essentials one could wish – milk, juice, many bottles of spring water, margarine – everything! Plenty of fridge space for storing the food you bring to prepare in their modern, luxurious kitchen. Their kitchen is stocked with every spice or utensil you could wish. Vicki and Ken love to bake, and each morning there’s banana bread or cinnamon buns of homemade bread, 2 cereals, yogurts, fresh fruit, tea or coffee…terrific! Evenings, we had fresh cookies or little lemon merengue pies. The bed is super-comfortable, shower excellent and plenty of hot water and every possible amenity. TV in the room, a balcony overlooking the yard and fire pit. Plenty of drawers to put your clothes away and really feel at home. A separate big second-floor living area for guests, in addition to the downstairs living room they invite their guests to share. And far and away the fastest internet we have every found anywhere in the world. We have a 9’ inflatable Avon boat we carry in our trunk, and their proposal of nearby Wentworth Lake was perfect, great launching on a sandy beach. We also took their recommendation to visit “Castle in the Clouds,” a landmark mansion built by a shoe baron in the pre-/post-WW1 era – a must-see. There’s simply no way for you to appreciate K&V farms except to book it and stay here for a few days – we stayed for 4 nights, and wish we’d had time to book more. Five stars underestimates this offering – they deserve 7, because Vicki and Ken are stars in their own right. Stop looking and reading reviews of other places - if you tarry, you will likely lose your desired dates!

    Mel2019-09-01T00:00:00Z
  • We had a wonderful time at Vicki's place in Wolfeboro, NH. Vicki's place is very unique, and nicely appointed. Our bedroom was clean and very comfortable, and we had our own bathroom/shower. In the morning Vicki made us baked pastries to start our day. We would highly recommend Vicki's place. She and her husband were gracious hosts. We would highly recommend Vicki's place. Wendy Wood

The Grey Shingles Camps property has been a cottage colony since the 1940's. Extensive renovations have been completed, and our guests are enjoying this historic property with a modern sensibility! We have five acres of open lawn, woodland, an orchard, and private waterfront with a sandy beach on pristine Rust Pond. Amenities include kayaks, SUP's, sunfish, and a canoe; pickleball, basketball, volleyball, and more. The Rec Hall has a full kitchen, living room w/cable TV, ping pong, & foosball.
Copple Crown Camp is one of five camps, and overlooks the Great Lawn and a lovely view of the Apple Orchard. It sleeps 2 in 225 SF of living space. It has a hickory queen bed and side tables, a full bathroom, a kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, Keurig, toaster, and skillet. A hand hewn pine peninsula with barstool provides seating for meals, plus garden seating and a Weber grill. Copple Crown is a small mountain to the south of Rust Pond that feeds the lake with snowmelt in the spring. Copple Crown Camp has an alpine theme, celebrating New Hampshire's woodland and winter sport!
Copple Crown Camp at Grey Shingles Camps is in a quiet residential area on Rust Pond in Wolfeboro, NH. We are about 1.5 miles south of Wolfeboro, "The Oldest Summer Resort in America"! You will find many terrific restaurants, bakeries, brew pubs, shops, galleries, and museums to enjoy. Lake Winnipesaukee and the White Mountains are just up the road!
  • Grey Shingles Camp was the luckiest find! It was the perfect spot – a quiet location on a pond near Wolfeboro with not too much boat traffic, away from the summer crowds. It has beautiful, extensive grounds, perfectly appointed cabins, and well-equipped grounds for playing with paddleboards, sailboat, kayaks, pingpong, games, firepits – even the makings for s’mores. Rich and Robin were lovely and relaxed hosts – helping with boats and bbqs, giving excellent recommendations, and making us feel at home in the way of old friends. The spot is perfect for couples, families, and big groups – able to accommodate the need for adventure or quiet. We had big plans to hike in the area, but ended up not wanting to stray too far from home. In addition to lovely swims around Rust Pond and paddle boating at sunset, my favorite memory was being guided up the wooded path from the lake to the cabins by the light of fireflies. We will definitely be back, and next time with friends!

    Amanda2019-07-22T00:00:00Z
  • Perfect as always! I rated Robin and Rich’s Place “as expected” because we’ve been here before and we expected the greatness we experienced! So relaxing, lake is beautiful, common area has everything you need to relax, the fire pit at night with other guests is one of the best parts- Robin and Rich go out of their way to make you feel at home! We ran out of gas (don’t ask) as soon as we pulled in the parking lot and Rich had a gas tank on hand to help us out, completely refused to let us pay him. These guys are good as gold and we just love it here! You won’t be disappointed

    Danielle2018-08-06T00:00:00Z
  • Exceptional, awesome, amazing...this place is a gem. Rich and Robin are as kind and cool as you could ever ask for, so generous with their place, their stuff, and their time. We really appreciated them being so understanding with a minor hiccup when we arrived. We can't wait to go back and spend more time at this camp!

    Matt & Danielle2017-07-05T00:00:00Z
  • Very nice camping area. Comfortable accommodations. Nice warm bed. Lots of games for every level of enjoyment. Great for families and children. Beautiful Lake to swim in.

    Joan2016-09-01T00:00:00Z
  • We found Grey Shingles at the last minute; and we had some concern aboutstaying a former camp. It took about 1 minute upon arrival that we had found a gem. The cabin is a far cry from its "camp" days; its comfortable and clean and a fun place to stay. The rec room is a big addition to the experience - you get games, a big TV and a large kitchen to supplement the cabin's kitchen. The lake is a delight with warm water and lots of water craft. Overall a wonderful place, especially quiet compared to all the summer hoards in Wolfeboro.

    Carol And Dan2016-08-09T00:00:00Z
  • we had the best long weekend at grey shingles camp! The cabins were beautiful and comfortable, and we loved hanging out around the camp and at the private beach. Robin and Rich were such great hosts and gave us tons of information about what to do and see in the area. We'll definitely be back!

    Arielle2016-08-02T00:00:00Z
  • Robin and Rich were excellent hosts. They greeted us right as we arrived, helped us move our bags to the cabin and made sure we had everything we needed. Rust pond is more of a lake really and our hosts had plenty of paddle boards and kayaks to play around with. Robin told us about a few places in town so we ended up going to Mill Street Meat market to pick up some burgers to grill for dinner. Ended the night with a lovely bonfire under the stars. The cabin we stayed in was clearly just renovated, everything was brand new and spotless. At night, the campsite was very quiet which made for an excellent night's sleep. I would highly recommend staying at any of the beautiful cabins at Grey Shingles.

Weekly rentals ( sat-sat ) june thru aug .
You will awake to wonderful views of the lake . We have kyaks and a canoe for your use .
Very quiet and peaceful property . Wolfeboro is a lovely town with many things to do during the summer . You will enjoy saturday night concerts on the waterfront , fairs restaurants and shops ; don't forget the ice cream !
  • Beautiful view, relaxing getaway...was relaxing for us as a couple and fun for our young son to use the beach, swim and take his first canoe rides on the lovely Crescent lake! Location is also great - a quick ride and very nice walk into town or to nice local activities and great eateries, etc. Also only an easy hour ride to Conway area - we took a day trip to StoryLand.

  • Kim and Nanci’s cottage is clean, updated, tasteful and perfect. Great lake access, quiet, and family friendly. We hope to return!

  • This was our second time staying at Kim and Nanci's cabin- we just love it! The cabin is tastefully designed. It is bright, airy and very clean with a beautiful view of the lake. We especially enjoyed the thoughtful touch of fresh cut flowers on the table when we arrived- so beautiful!

  • This is a beautiful space in the perfect location! The home was clean and tastefully constructed and decorated. The ceiling fans kept us comfortable and we loved all of the windows and natural light. It was like a dream to sit at the table having our morning coffee looking out over the lake. The bike path was perfect for a scenic bike ride or a quick and easy ride to town. We enjoyed kayaking and hiking the nearby Mt. Major too. We were so sad to leave, we had a wonderful time!

  • We loved this cottage and our time on Crescent Lake! It was so great to be on the trail (which we either biked or walked everyday), close to town (easy bike ride for ice cream!) and have kayaks & a canoe at our disposal with a great beach. The place was super clean and had all the amenities that you need on vacation. There were 4 of us and it worked super well.

The carriage house is a small guest cottage just a few steps from the lake. The cottage consists of one bedroom with a queen bed, a large bathroom with shower, a full kitchen, and a great front porch with a view of the river and lake. It's in a quiet location on a private, dead end, dirt road with just three other homes. It's best suited for a single person or couple looking for a quiet escape.
The cottage is cozy, convenient to the lake, and, because the huge front porch doubles as the livingroom, is geared toward those who want to spend time outdoors. Lake access is a few steps from the front door. You can fish off the dock, bring your kayak or canoe so you can explore the lake, or simply sit by the water or campfire with a book or a glass of wine. The local country store, which has all the necessities, is 2 miles from the cottage; the nearest supermarket is 9 miles up the road. There are several good restaurants within a 15-minute drive. It's a 30-minute drive to Concord (the NH state capitol) and about 60 minutes to ocean beaches or outlet shopping in Kittery, Maine. If you're a hiker, Mount Major trails are 20 minutes away, and it's an easy day drive to the White Mountain National Forest.

We are artists and designers and have enjoyed transforming this camp into our forever creative open concept home. Our home is only 50 feet from the water and we get to also enjoy a green lawn going right up to the waters edge and wooded privacy from neighbors & 6 acres from the road, & 350 ft of lake frontage, a deck, porch, hot tub, boat launch, fire pit. During the Fall season enjoy our 2 kayaks, a paddle boat, and an Old Town Canoe. We are proud to only clean with non toxic organic products.
We are very fortunate to live on a large 6 acre lake front lot with woods on either side of the property and 350 feet of lake frontage! Our lake has no public access and about 1/3d of the lake frontage is a wildlife conservation area. It is very peaceful and quiet, and the lake is very clean with a sandy bottom. I swim alone every morning, and often kayak at sunset. We have eagles, loons, and herons and bass. It is also only 20 minutes to Wolfeboro, and less than an hour to Portsmouth and the ocean as well. In 10 minutes we also enjoy the Rails to Trails bike bath that goes along the lakes, which we walk, run or bike many times a week and takes you into Wolfeboro and Lake WInnepesaukee. We appreciate being on a trail where no vehicles are aloud. The town of Wolfeboro is the oldest resort in the country and has wonderful quaint shops and great restaurants. We love the quiet and the beauty here, and when we want there are so many activities to enjoy, year round. The home we have restored has an open concept space design with floor to ceiling windows which makes you feel like you are outside. We are happy to share this with you.
Our lake is big enough to boat on but small enough to be peaceful, quiet and private. Hardly anyone even knows about our lake. The water is clean, the bottom is sandy not weedy, the homes are few and far apart and the everyone is quiet and respectful of each other. 1/3d of the lake is conservation land as well.Sweet!
  • The pictures don’t do this place justice. A truly special home and hosts. We can’t think of a better place to relax and unwind.

  • Martina and Brian’s home is amazing! They greeted us upon arrival and were close by if we needed anything. It has everything there that we needed and more. All of the personal touches and beautiful artwork were an added extra. The lake was so peaceful and almost every room had a view of it. Such a relaxing vacation.

  • This house was amazing! Location was everything! Right on the water with the most amazing view and relaxing vibes! The house was clean and beautifully decorated with their own artwork and we had so much fun relaxing in the hot tub and taking drives around to see the awesome scenery! We will absolutely be back very soon!

This apartment is located in the heart of New Hampshire’s Lakes Region. Wolfeboro is 15 minutes away with it’s beautiful New England charm, great restaurants and small town shops. Alton Bay is right down the road with boat launching and restaurants. We have space to park a boat trailer if needed. Gunstock mountain has lots to offer year round and is only 20 minutes away and Mount Major is very near for great hiking and scenic views! If shopping is what you want New Hampshire has no sales tax.
King bed, baseboard heat, wood floors, fully equipped kitchen, cozy, warm and very private.
We are in the country, easy access off the road but you feel like your miles into the woods even though you’re not.

  • Lois and Bill’s place was absolutely amazing and the pictures do not do it justice at all! There were small and very thoughtful touches of a fridge filled with bottles of water, half and half for the Keurig machine that they provided with various coffee and tea pods, snacks, and some card games. We thoroughly enjoyed our first air bnb stay in which we had our expectations blown away. Lois greeted my boyfriend and I upon arrival and gave us suggestions for things to do in the area along with any additional things we needed to be aware of about the space. We met Bill our second day here and he was just as generous and kind. Lois and Bill have definitely gone the extra mile in making the space feel homey and welcoming! The space itself is beautiful and everything I was looking for to celebrate my 27th birthday weekend. There is a television and two reclining chairs that are very comfy. The bathroom is spacious and lovely with several lighting options! There’s also a nice small kitchen area for cooking (which we ended up doing) and they even provided salt, pepper, and cooking oil/spray. Lois and Bill have a few pamphlets on hand of things to do in the area and places to eat which was a very nice touch. We look forward to our next stay with them and will definitely be back in the seasonal months. Thank you for an amazing weekend!
