Renovated apartment with old building charm

We rent a renovated 2-room apartment with about 48 m2. The apartment is located in Mainburg on the ground floor of a two-family house built in 1960. Mainburg is located in the hop-growing area of Hallertau. The cities Freising, Landshut, Regensburg, Ingolstadt,MUC are about 30 or 45 minutes away by car. Munich can be reached in about 75 km. In renovating the old building, mineral building materials (lime/silicone plaster/color) were used and the vinyl/laminate floors have an environmental seal.

Ich biete ein Zimmer mit einem Bett (1,40 m) und eigenem Bad in meinem Haus an. Das Haus liegt in einer Sackgasse fast ohne Nachbarn. Das Zimmer ist im 1. Stock gelegen und man sieht auf ein großes freies Feld hinaus. Rudelzhausen ist ein kleines Dorf. Hier gibt es keine Geschäfte. Die nächsten befinden sich im ca. 5 km entfernten Au in der Hallertau oder auch in Mainburg, ca. 8 km entfernt. Es gibt ein Frühstückszimmer mit Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher und Mikrowelle.

This small 1 room apartment with kitchen and bathroom, all handicap-friendly and wheelchair accessible, is located in the Holledau. Animals and children roam at our farm. Otherwise, it is quite quiet due to the secluded location. The flat has its own entrance and a small terrace with lots of greenery for walking. Pets are also welcome against extra costs (€15.00). During the day you can leave the dogs in the guesthouse next door (sign up in advance)

Forget your worries – very quiet apartment for 2 persons. Own entrance, private terrace and garden use. The free city bus to the city center and train station can be reached in 3 minutes. Get out into nature, just a 6-minute walk away in the next forest for long walks and mountain bike tours. By train 35 minutes to Munich or Ingolstadt. By car in about 45 minutes. Munich Airport can also be reached in 40 minutes by car.

Enjoy the nature in the middle of the Hallertau

Friendly two room apartment, in a quiet area. The place is perfectly located to do day trips by bike or car. It´s easy and fast to get to bigger cities by car. You although can just enjoy the area in the middle of the Hallertau, in between the hop gardens. The apartment is located on a nice agricultural farm with a Bavarian restaurant. Breakfast can be served with an additional fee.
