The quietly located apartment on the outskirts of Oberaltertheim is located in a two-family property. The small Franconian village is idyllically nestled in the Altbachtal southwest of Würzburg. It is only 4 km to the A81-Gerchsheim federal highway and about 8 km to the A3 box. In the village there is a bakery and butcher, as well as an organic farm shop and an ATM. There are numerous grocery stores and gas stations in the neighboring towns just a few km away.

The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter plot in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Enclosed from all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of the world“. In the morning sun in front of the sacristy, on the church wall in the afternoon or in the evening under fruit trees. In the lower tower room on the couch, in the upper tower room – the former bell room – while watching the birds. There's always a nice spot.

High-quality furnished apartment overlooking the Lower Franconian vineyards and the Main Valley. In the morning, you can watch the sunrise comfortably from the living area, in the evening the floor-to-ceiling windows allow you to watch the lights at night and the stars. The apartment is on the upper floor of a two-family house with access via the shared staircase. The apartment consists of a spacious living/dining area, two bedrooms and one bathroom.

On living room there is a double bed (180cm) for 2 persons. An electric piano is also available for piano players. In the large kitchen-living room you can let your cooking skills run free. If you want to try the Tac strategy game: we have already provided a board for you and are happy to explain. On your own terrace with awning you can enjoy the evening sun and grill comfortably. We have three lovely cats who also visit guests on the terrace.

Something hidden away, is the romantic retreat possibility, a private refuge, with veranda, outdoor shower, herb corner & outdoor kitchen. Surrounded by old walls, cat, chickens & the offline, the ideal place to unplug!

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place.

The apartment is in the center of Würzburg, so it can get noisy on weekends despite good insulation. We provide bed linen and towels, as well as spices, tea, coffee and a little attention from Franconia to make the stay and the time tasty.
