The locals from Zell call this area "the sunny mountain" of Zell and it is the perfect starting point for hiking trips in the summer and downhill/nordic skiing adventures in the winter.

Our family-run organic farm is situated 985 m above sea level with a beautiful view on the alps. We are surrounded by skiing areas: Zell am See-Schmittenhöhe, Kaprun-Kitzsteinhorn, Kitzbühel, Saalbach-Hinterglemm and Leogang. In addition, the Krimml Waterfalls and the Grossglockner High Alpine Road are close. The apartment is situated on the bottom floor of the farmhouse. It has its own entrance and a cosy sheltered patio with a great view that is situated directly next to a big garden.

Our house is very centrally located right next to the Zeller-CityXpress (mountain railway to the middle station of the Schmittenhöhe) in a quiet location. At the same time, however, it is only a 3-minute walk to the centre of Zell am See.
