Less than 2 kilometers and you are in the heart of Breda. 500 meters from the center Ginneken and a shopping center 80 meters away. Ideal for holidays,(romantic) weekend away and suitable for children and disabled people. A spacious garden, large kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a cozy living room with fireplace. Exceptional, cosy, light and very large house. Lovely living-room, huge kitchen with everything a chef needs. Large walled- city garden and 4 large bedrooms. Ideally located in "West-Brabant", 45 min from the beaches of Zeeland, 30 min from Rotterdam and Antwerp and 20 min from Breda.
