The home has been carefully designed to create harmony with the surrounding landscape through natural finishes, neutral tones, and tasteful decor. Watch the sunrise from the East balcony, enjoy the sound of waves on the South terrace and fall in love with the sunset, while having dinner on the West balcony. All with No neighbours to look at, because you get the whole floor of the apartment builing! This is the most unique apartment, the only one in the Gava Mar area, which ocupies a whole floor of a building overlooking the Mediterranean sea. You will follow the sunrises from the East terrace, enjoy unforgetable moments in the sun on the South balcony and inhale the breath taking sunsets while eating dinner on the West terrace. All without any neighbours to look at. Because the whole floor is yours! Master beedroom with fantastic sea views has a queen sized bed. Two other bedrooms, both with sea views, have 2 single (90cm) beds, which can be joined together for a matrimonial King sized bed. Direct access to the beach via a private entrence, a large swimming pool and a kids playgroung at your disposal. Great restaurants within walking distance and the center of Barcelona just 14 km away. There is a bus stop (L95) for a direct Bus to Barcelona city center, about a 3 min walk from the apartment. Please note that the table on the South balcony opens to accomodate 6 people. Gava Mar is an exclusive area just outside of the city of Barcelona. It is a very green area, in the middle of a pine forest and full of palm trees, next to the Delta de Llobreagat natural park, providing a quiet beach environment. Yet close to the city center. Although our apartment is close to Barcelona, our apartment is in an isolated environment, within the Bellamar urbanization, surrounded by forest and with the best sea views in the city. Being in a quiet environment, it is ideal for couples, families or friends who want to enjoy the tranquility and silence, but at the same time have the possibility of going to Barcelona in just twenty minutes by car or half an hour by public transport.
