If you turn left on Bayview Ave just before the beach and then stay to the right, you will come to an overlook area with parking that looks out over a beautiful marsh. It’s an incredible view!

Just a short walk from the cottage is Mill Pond where there is a boat yard that still builds wooden boats. It’s a lovely, quiet spot. Walk to the top of Silver Leaf Ave, turn left on Water St. Instead of turning right onto School St, continue on Water St until you come to a path down the hill to the pond.

Just a quick walk across the lawn will bring you to Lighthouse beach. Be sure to walk down to the right to view the shack that has been built entirely from items washed ashore.

A short walk will bring you to a wooden drawbridge where families like to fish and watch boats. Walk to the end of Silver Leaf Ave past the Coast Guard station. Take the very sharp right at the end onto Bridge street and follow it down the hill to the bridge. If you continue to the end of Bridge St and turn left, you will shortly come to Stage Harbor.
