Ponquogue Beach is one of the most beautiful, family friendly spots in the Hamptons. It's a Southampton Town Beach, which means you can pay to park for the day (approx. $25). Fees only apply between Memorial Day and Labor Day, otherwise, parking is free. There's a concession stand (ADA accessible) with lots of food options, beach toys and souvenirs. There are picnic tables, showers and bathrooms at the concession stand as well.

Getting around
Weekend Traffic
If you plan to head east on a weekend, make sure to get a very early start. Traffic going east towards Montauk can be brutal. Make sure to leave lots of time and make the most of it. Stop off in Southampton at Golden Pear for a coffee or drop in to Amber Waves Farm Stand in Amagansett.
