Self proclaimed largest museum in the state of Texas. This museum is located on WTAMU's campus and provides a look into the history of Texas, especially the Texas Panhandle. One of my all time favorite museums!

Creek House Honey Farm is a bee apiary that started in 2011. They offer breakfast and lunch charcuterie boards, sandwiches, hand crafted drinks (all with a touch of honey), and alcoholic beverages. This is a must visit for everyone, especially if you are looking for a place to rest after a long hike in Palo Duro Canyon as it is on your way back into Canyon. They also offer other bee-made products such as candles, skincare, CBD products and more! Check out their website for bee tours as well.

Since the pandemic, Palo Duro State Park has required reservations for visitors to the park. If you plan on visiting Palo Duro Canyon, be sure to make reservations ahead of time to ensure you can visit the park! Weekends and holidays tend to book up fast.
