There’s an amazing lido at Faversham Pools. It’s currently open for swimming on Tues/Thurs evenings (booking required) but from the 1st May it’s fully open. There’s also a baby pool and water rapids outside and two decent indoor pools.

Pubs/bars

If you haven’t already noticed, Faversham is the home to the Shepard Neame brewery and you can sometime smell the sweep, hoppy aroma of the beer brewing. Brewery tours are available but, in the meantime, your new local is The Anchor at the end of Abbey Street. It’s usually busiest on a Tuesday and Friday night.
