A great overlook to see Emerald Bay. This is about a 45 minute drive along the west side of the lake.
There are several things to see at this state park. Look online to plan what best interests you and your abilities. There is a steep trail down to the waters edge and several other points of interest.
TIP: Arrive very early, it is a popular landmark and parking is limited.

Inspiration Point (Emerald Bay)
A great overlook of the bay. There are lots of great little vistas to stop at around the bay. They are always very crowded so get there early.

Stateline is about a 45 minute drive from the house along the East shore. It is home to several large casinos, Hard Rock, Harvey’s, Harrahs, etc.
