Just 40 minutes away, this is well worth the day-trip to see beautiful lakes, rivers, and mountains. But be sure to check current conditions online before you see what roads and trails are open. Glacier is known for its summertime hikes and views, but it also offers cross-country skiing and snowshoeing in the winters!
