Kalk Bay which is a 5 minute drive away has been voted as one of the top 10 towns in the world to visit. Full of interesting shops and restaurants which include the famous Brass Bell Restaurant on the sea side of the railway line.

Fish Hoek Beach has a restaurant or one can buy your own fish off the beach when the local fisherman are trekking.
