The historic peak that the first Mormon pioneers under Brigham Young used to survey the valley on the first day of their arrival in 1847. Has a good trail up it, walkable from our home.

Best place from which to view the Great Salt Lake! Very good hikes up hills and along the shoreline. Has a native bison herd of about 300. Takes about 45 minutes to get there but is well worth it!
