Food Scene

This is my favourite restaurant in Oslo. They serve a five-course meal for 500,- NOK (which is absolutely ridiculously cheep, and amazing). You can also pick and choose, or just have a cheese plate. They serve natural wine, and great drinks. And the service is the best you’ll have!

You'll find this little charming spot in the middle of the botanical garden, where you can enjoy some absolutely delicious pastries. They also serve some really good lunch and dinner. (When you’re there: you should definitely take a stroll around and see the beautiful garden, the Palm house and the Victoria house)

Oslo's most famous tapas bar. This you can find three different places across the city. The one at Grünerløkka is the best one, but the both the one on Majorstua and Aker Brygge is also very good. Delicatessen Grünerløkka offers an informal atmosphere in an intimate and cozy, yet vibrant setting. There is no reservations for dinner, so be prepared to wait (however, it’s worth it!).
