our local town, Wicklow offers good shopping, great cafes, restaurants and bars and lovely walks on the seafront. make sure to see Sammy the Seal being fed in the harbour at 9am, 1pm or 4pm!

5km stretch of beautiful white sand dunes and clean beaches. great for a beach day in the sunshine but also lovely for walks and fresh sea air on cooler days. surf school onsite also.

take a free tour of the weaving process at one of the worlds oldest weaving mills established in 1723. the Avoca Cafe is also fantastic for lunch and home baking. great colourful gift shop also.

spectacular Robinsonian gardens where the emphasis is on informal planting in harmony with the beautiful natural setting. the Avoca cafe and courtyard shops on site are a real treat.
