Any of the beaches along this section of coast are fantastic early in the morning if you'd like to swim. After that it could be too windy. Get down later in the afternoon, to watch a stunning West Australian sun sinking into the Indian Ocean.

Always worth a visit if you can spare a couple of hours, or half a day. Containing many iconic and famous Australian artworks, there are free sections, and changing exhibitions that may attract an entrance fee. Also the gift shop is great for some different souvenirs and worth a look.
