Must see island of Helsinki. Take a ferry from Kauppatori (with a regular Helsinki public transport ticket) and walk around the iconic sea fortress.
You can see the hill from our window. The artificial hill, also known as Jätemäki is the highest place in Helsinki, about 90m above sea level. The hill can be reached after climbing 426 steps, it's a good workout and the view on top will be rewarding, it offers 360 degree panoramic view. In the winter, you might even see northern lights from top! Locals love this place for working out.
