It's the best coffee shop downtown with the chillest atmosphere(they also just picked up their liquor license) - my friends Greg & Pete own the place so go say hi & hang out for the afternoon!

My good friend Josh Gant opened this place a few months ago. He and my cousin went into business in order to serve up real Tex-Mex without charging an arm-&-a-leg for it. It's hands down the best spot in the east village for highquality, affordable food. They have already-famous queso & award-winning breakfast tacos. BONUS: Margarita slushies & a tequila speakeasy in the basement!

This spot is one of the best hidden gems in the neighborhood. It's a spanish cantina with some of the most flavorful home-cooked food you've ever tasted. They serve everything cafeteria style, with affordable prices and big portions. They've also still got that good Goya coffee for $1.25 like the good ol' days.

On the westside is a great spot that my friend Matt Levine runs, he's always on a really progressive level when it comes to his menu creation. They also do a great brunch here.

Drinks & Nightlife

Another hidden gem of the neighborhood. This place muddles high-end, imported jams of all flavors into a prime selection of spirits. There's also a good selection of craft beers on tap, chill music, and a low-lit back area for posting up with your group. Ask for Christine or Megan!
