It is quiet and somewhat rura located in a residential community with lots of historical and cultural character! ~20-30 min drive max to other popular neighboring towns like Cathedral City, Rancho Mirage, Palm Desert, and Indio where popular Coachella and Stagecoach festivals are held each year!
