Amazing very fresh Laotian food. Curries are similar to Thai curries. The Champa Sampler appetizer is my favorite. It comes in a boat-shaped plate filled with some vermicelli, spring rolls, sausage, and rice ball salad. You grab some lettuce, mint and cilantro, throw in some of these ingredients, and enjoy the melody of flavors that come from the dish. It was very fun and enjoyable to eat.

The lake can be crowded sometimes with many people, dogs, babies, ducks, geese, turtles, great blue herons , hawks, gophers and at night raccoons and coyotes. Perhaps it's more fun people/creature watching than relaxing!

This museum is a true SF gem. It is small and not overwhelming, easily accessible by bus if you don’t feel like struggling with parking. Bonus - the great views of the Golden Gate Bridge from the lawn.
