Nicest restaurant in town. On the waterfront. Food inspired by the flavors of Latin America, the Caribbean, and Spain, features fresh ingredients from local markets, farms, and ranches of the Northwest. Good wine selection. Main dishes usually range from $21 to $40, most in the mid-20's with their Filet Mignon at $38. It is excellent!

Donuts! Nutcakes is the best around. Cork's Old Fashioned Donuts of Albany is a good backup. Many like Death by Donutz, but I find them too sweet (if you can believe that).

Parks & Nature

Not sure if it's actually a state park or recreation area. The highest peak in the Coast Range at 4,097 feet. Panoramic views from the summit. Mountain biking trails, hiking. Great road ride to the peak if you are looking for a long consistent climb. Snow in the late fall, winter, and early spring. . . sledding and tubing on the peak and locations going up to the peak.

Expensive, but you're worth it. Great selection of salsa. They carry Nut Cakes donuts. . . not as good as from Nut Cakes directly, but pretty darn good. On-site kitchen with sandwiches and prepared foods. It's the nicest market in town, offering the finest quality of food and products, plus their buffet is fresh and full of variety!
