Beautiful alpine lake with swimming area, paddleboard and kayak hire, plus fishing. 3.4km circuit of lake by foot, very easy and ideal for dogwalking. Several restaurants overlooking the lake and a cafe.
You can also walk another gentle 2km up to the "Cascade d'Ardent" which is a big waterfall.

A beautiful fishing lake situated at the far end of the Vallee de la Manche. In winter you can hike up to here on touring skis or snowshoes, and in summer you can drive up to the lake, park and hike up to the Swiss border (1 to 1.5 hours).
