Come and recharge your batteries by staying in this beautiful apartment of more than 66 m2 located facing the sea, feet in the water and 800 m from the village of Port-Louis. The place You'll love it close to downtown Port-Louis, its small beaches nearby, and stunning sea views. On the 1st floor of a sea view residence, apartment of 66 m², classified ** * 2 steps from the port of Locmalo (sea view and the port of Locmalo from the main windows). The house can accommodate up to 6 people. The apartment has a washing machine, dishwasher, classic oven and microwave, espresso machine, classic coffee maker, toaster , kettle and induction hob. In the living room you will find a sofa bed, flat-screen TV, DVD player, free Wi-Fi. You will also find a shower room with walk-in shower and a separate toilet. In terms of sleeping: - The master bedroom with a double bed of 140 (duvet 220X240), above the sea, electric shutter at your fingertips. - One room with two single beds of 90 (duvets 200X200). - A sofa bed (140x190) brings an extra bed for two. The apartment is absolutely non-smoking. Local bike available. Pets allowed. The Red Coast beach is 200 meters away in high tide and 50 m away at low tide. You can swim there or go sailing, fishing on foot. You can also walk to the Citadel and its museums in 15 minutes on the way to the customs (restaurants on the beach). The main shops (bakery, cheese maker, butcher caterer, fishmonger, pharmacy ...) as well as restaurants are within walking distance in 7-8 minutes, located in the "grand 'rue" (market on Saturday morning and Tuesday evening during the months of July and August). It should be noted that it is possible to reach Gâvres or Lorient by boat (very interesting especially during the interceltic festival period). Possibility to board the bikes.
