The house is a traditional mallorcan and has a sitting area plus fully equipped kitchen downstairs, floor 1: large bathroom with bathtube and 1 bedroom and upstairs another seating area and bedroom plus lovely sunny roof terrace with breathtaking mountain views. There is a casita/room by pool, where to be al fresco ideal for kids or siesta + toilet next to it.

The beach, shops and supermarket as well as restaurants are within a 10-minute walk. November to April very good conditions for remote or home office
