The kitchen will be stocked with the following food items (guests must prepare the food): - Two (2) organic eggs per guest - Two (2) pc whole wheat bread per guest - Juice/Tea/Coffee/Milk/Creamer - Jam & Peanut Butter - Oatmeal - Miscellaneous Pantry items (popcorn/soup/etc.) Walking distance to Sidney (1.5km to town/1 km to the oceanfront) and the Victoria International Airport (2.2km) NOTE: Persons with mobility concerns may have a difficult time getting in and out of the primary bed.

Unwind in your private suite with a walkout entrance on the lower level of our family home, nestled on 2 acres beside Elk Lake Park. Centrally located, we’re 15-20 minutes from the ferry, airport, and downtown, 10 minutes to Butchart Gardens, and 5 minutes to great hiking and biking. Nearby, you’ll find charming farms and restaurants. The closest bus stop is 2 km away. Your suite includes a fridge, microwave, Keurig, and kettle for basic meal prep. No smoking or scented products, please!

Beautiful, fresh, modern, oceanside feel space to enjoy all that the west coast has to offer in incredible Brentwood Bay! Wonderful private suite in a quiet neighbourhood with owner on site. You will find all the amenities for your stay including fully equipped kitchen, fridge, stove, dishwasher, washer dryer, parking, cable, internet, and a private covered patio and yard. Very close proximity to the ocean, Butchart Gardens, hiking, beaches and lakes. Only 25 minutes to downtown.

Marina boathouse

The care takers pier house is the most unique way to embrace Brentwood Bay . Being the oldest private marina in BC you will sense its rich history on the walls of the house. On the peir you will find boat builders and canvas makers and the largest paddle sport operation on the island. Brentwood spa is a 4 minute walk down the path , seahorse cafe is next door and butchart gardens is in the same bay. All who come to Brentwood bay love the little island feel at portside marina .

1/2 block to the waterfront, kayaking, SUP, diving, boating and all water sports. 4km to Butchart Gardens, 13km to Sidney, 23 km to Victoria, 19 km to Swartz Bay ferry terminal and 200 meters to Brentwood/Mill Bay ferry to get to the Cowichan Valley and up island destinations. Great hiking/walking,cycling and all watersports right out the door in the local area. Local wineries, craft beer & cideries close by as well as pubs and resturants within easy walking distance.

The Boathouse is perfect for couples seeking a romantic retreat or solo travelers wanting to unplug and recharge their batteries. This 1 bedroom cottage is nestled on the hillside at the water’s edge. As you walk the steps down to the private cottage take in the panoramic ocean views. It has recently been renovated from top to bottom. *Please note that a new house is being built next door, so there may be residential construction noise during the day.

Our suite is close to Bamberton Provincial Park in a peaceful neighbourhood close to beach access. Bike tour guests will appreciate the proximity to the Mill Bay ferry dock.
