The home is located in the yard of my property. 15 mins from Strasbourg by car. The ground floor living room is nice and cool in the summer. From the very beginning, a pellet stove warms up this place where (it is said) to feel good. Upstairs (spiral staircase) you will find a large master suite, a sink area, a shower as well as a small bedroom with a single bed and 1 child bed (up to 6 years old).

The apartment is on the 1st floor of the house and has a bathroom with sauna, large kitchen, living and dining room and a spacious bedroom, which is separated from the living room by a curtain. From the bedroom and living room, you have a wonderful view of the castle and the panorama of Cochem, and you can also walk to the center of Cochem in just a few minutes.

Our house in which we live year-round has been restored to have all the comforts while keeping the original characteristics ( woodwork , parquet floors, fireplaces , paintings , etc...) and the courtyard has become a welcoming garden. No pets allowed . An entire wing of the house is reserved for you on the first floor overlooking the interior garden.

The property consists of two Wilhelminian-style villas with a large garden. There are three bedrooms to choose from. Depending on the need, I reserve the desired rooms in agreement with the guests.
