Holiday rentals with beach access in Saare County

The apartment was exactly as described—very comfortable, with a spacious living room and a cozy bedroom. We loved the private location, as it’s the only unit above a business, and it’s perfectly situated less than 10 minutes from both the beach and the castle. Right in the heart of town, we had easy access to great restaurants and shops. Jane was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We really enjoyed our time here!

A very lovely and clean apartment with all the necessary items. The area is very calm and peaceful. Totally recommend it!

Old house with a nice homey feeling. We dropped our luggage off a couple hours before check in and Kärt and Bill greeted and served us coffee on their deck. Super friendly. the bedroom and bathroom are in a unique open floor plan. No door on the toilet enclosure, but it is hidden behind a partition. The bed is high and snug between 2 walls. we felt comfortable and adapted well. the place is spacious with a sun room, a living room and kitchen and the bedroom. Lots of interesting things in the house. Loved the furniture which is antique worthy tables and dressers. the backyard is large, with apple trees and a clothesline. The house resides on a tree lined street, so peaceful and relaxing. A couple minute walk to the end of the street and there is the castle. The center of town and many restaurants is a 10-15 minute walk. we liked this place a lot and highly recommend it.

I stayed in Alexander's apartment with my husband and our two children - we had a great few days! The apartment was clean, had a lovely garden and was centrally located in a nice neighbourhood. Alexander was very friendly and easy to communicate with. Highly recommended!

The house was beautiful and the location was suberb: it was surrounded by the sea. There were a lot of toys for the children to play with. We had a relaxing stay.

Anyone with a love of nature and wildlife who enjoys a rural lifestyle will love Saaramaa, and this house is the perfect base from which to explore the whole island. Logistically, it was a bonus to have Kuressaare close at hand, but also for cafés, restaurants, shops and for the cultural and historical aspects that the main town adds.

The terrace was cozy and the house was beautiful. Location was perfect.

This was an absolutely amazing house! We really loved the whole experience including all the amenities such as the Sauna and Pool, and the host was incredibly responsive and helpful whenever we needed anything. I would highly recommend!

Ach, es war so wunderbar in Kajas Haus! Der Apfelduft im großen gepflegten Garten, die kuscheligen Vierpfoter, das gute Essen, die tollen Sauna … alle Annehmlichkeiten sind vorhanden, die man sich nur wünschen kann und es fehlt an nichts. Wir wurden herzlich begrüßt und es haben uns Leckereien wie frische Eier und Eingemachtes, Kaffee und Kräuter und Gemüse erwartet. Das Haus ist sehr besonders. Jedes Detail ist überlegt und sehr persönlich und künstlerisch, achtsam ausgewählt. Wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt und Kajas vier zauberhafte Katzen zusehends ins Herz geschlossen. Wir waren traurig, als wir Abschied nehmen mussten und würden gerne wiederkommen.

A beautiful house right next to the sea. We made good use of the hot tub, as well as the sauna, which was wonderful, particularly when star gazing at night. The communal spaces are bright and airy, however for a property that accommodates 12+ people, there isn't enough furniture for the whole party to sit together in the living room or the kitchen/dining room, but we dined together outside with the bbq which was lovely. From the photos we knew the bedrooms were going to be basic and were happy with this, however if you were staying for a long time and the beds were important to you, you might wish for a more comfortable mattress and pillow. We were surprised at the location when we initially drove into the property, as it is right next to the road and warehouses, as well as a shipping port, which we weren’t expecting from the photos. However, once we’d settled in we had a very enjoyable stay overall. Thank you!

This home is one of the most wonderful Airbnbs I have ever stayed in. Right off the ocean with one of the most magical lookouts you could ask for, Helena’s home was a dream. A postcard of a house on the inside too! Helena has gone to every length to make her home cozy and every detail has been thought of. She gave me great suggestions on what to do but the best part of the islands are enjoying the surroundings and this home. I hope so much to come back to Saaremaa someday!

Way beyond any expectations, amazing place, perfect location, best ever service

Lissel is a really great host. When an issue with noisy renovations in an upstairs appartment occurred, she quickly intervened to get us back a piece and tranquility. Appartment is lovely, but could be difficult for light-sleepers. It’s conveniently located in the city center but right next to the main street. In any case I would have returned and highly recommend Lissel’s place anyway.

Great place! Very clean. Host responded quikly and was polite. The place had toys and pencils/paper for children which was really nice. The couch was much more comfortable than it seems on the pictures. Rooms were warm and heating can be regulated. Wifi worked brilliantly and TV had wide program selection. Small shop close by and city center at a walking distance.

Peatusime Lisseli juures teist korda oma iga-aastasel külastusel Kuressaarde. Meeletult armas suhtlus ja vastuvõtt. Korter on väga hubane ja mugav. Asukoht on Kuressaares suurepärabne, kõik vajalik on mitte vaid lihtsalt jalutuskäigu vaid äärmiselt idüllilise jalutuskäigu kaugusel. Kindlasti näeme taas!

Viiu is an absolutely wonderful person. After a bus journey from Tallin, we really appreciated that Viiu picked us up from the bus station and made sure we were comfortable in our new home. She took time to answer all of our questions about Kuressaare to include possible day trips. The kitchen and bathroom were clean, modern and contained everything that we needed. Our bedroom provided us a large closet for our clothes and a comfy bed for a great night's sleep. For a couple of questions she could not immediately answer, Viiu quickly wrote us the answers. Viiu always made sure we had everything that we needed. The location was an easy walk to the Town Square as well as to restaurants and a supermarket. The castle is also walkable. At the end of our stay, Viiu picked us up and drove us to the bus station. We couldn't be more pleased with our visit. Thank you Viiu!
