For a nice time with family and friends, there's a terrace with the evening sun, and a cozy porch in the rainy weather. The house has two kitchens and auxiliary space with washer and dryer. The house is located near the center of Kuressaare, there are also tennis and padel courts nearby. The golf course is 3 km away.

Kuressaare is a beautiful town, on a green island with a plethora of attractions, good places to eat, cafes, shopping and entertainment establishments. Tule veeda oma puhkus puhtas looduses männimetsade vahel, kus meri on vaid 5 min jalutuskäigu kaugusel! Kutsume Sind 2-toalisesse majaosasse, üldpinnaga ca 25 m2. Majaosal on eraldi sissepääs ning koosneb esikust, köögist, magamistoast ja elutoast (ilma aknata). Sobilik 2 täiskasvanule ja 2 lapsele. Magamistoas on kaheinimese voodi, elutoas diivanvoodi. Köögis on olemas kõik söögitegemiseks vajalik, samuti on grillimisvõimalus õuealal. Lastele mänguväljak koos liumäe ja batuudiga.

Meelase Tuuliku elamusmajutus on kestlik, loodusesõbralik, Eesti kultuuril ja pärandil põhinev majutus koos saunamajaga. Tuulikus on esimesel korrusel 3 ja teisel korrusel 2 magamiskohta. Saunamajas on kööginurk koos kõige vajalikuga , leili-ja duširuum. Sauna kasutamine on hinna sees. Maja ees on terrass ja katusealusega mahukas söögilaud. Tualett asub eraldi majakeses.

A private and a cozy saunahouse in a quiet apple garden behind the main house awaits you near the center of Kuressaare. It has a fireplace, which is used as a main heating source, a terrace, sauna and a barbeque. In cold weather a fireplace will create a warm atmosphere and the live fire will make your vacation comfortable and cozy. A 5-7 minute walk away there is a bus station, Saaremaa Veski restaurant and the central square with cafes and shops.

We completely restored and refurbished our vacation home in 2023. The house has 3 bedrooms, a large living room with a fireplace and views of the garden and sunset. From the living room you can access the garden directly via the large terrace. A sauna for up to 8 people is also provided. Adjacent to the property is a lake with crystal clear water where you can swim.
