At the end of Estonia, Kossa fence runs in a different way and peace, and the silence takes another dimension. There's nowhere else to go - 800 meters to Lake Pabra, and there's already Russia on the other side of the lake. You can see moose, wild boars, foxes, and border guards or you're all on your own. Located on the beach of Värska Sanatorium, the raft sauna offers a nice sauna experience with overnight accommodation right next to the water. The living room has a fold out couch that can also be used for sleeping. Parking is free, parking spaces are just in front of the house. Smokers and pets are not expected in the apartment. Nearby places: within 250m there is a sports hall and Kagukeskus, 900m to the bus station, 1.3 km to the central square and 1.7 km to the beach.

We offer a cozy stay in Võru with all the amenities for a nice stay. The appartement with a sauna is spacious and bright and suitable for couples, families and smaller groups. IMPORTANT for visitors from 2nd November - 31st March: UNFORTUNATELY WE CANNOT USE THE HOT-TUB DURING THE WINTER AND ONLY THE SAUNA IS AVAILABLE. We will open the hot-tub again from 1st April 2026. The house is located in and incredibly beautiful place, in the middle of the forests, next to a private pond and Võhandu river. Everything you see on the photos (inc. the hot-tub, the sauna, gas grill, paddle boards and a canoe) is for you to use and included in the price.

Our cozy cabin has one room, kitchen and wc-bathroom. The house also has a private terrace, where you can enjoy peace and quiet. There is also a BBQ. Also our garden is open to visitors. In the summer, you can cool yourself in the pond in the courtyard. Children can swing outside, play in the sandbox, and slide outside. We also have an open dog Bosse in the garden who is generally concise and friendly.

Alūksne Park Retreat

If you want to enjoy the charm of the city of Alūksne, peaceful evenings and the magic of Alūksne Lake. The second floor of our family house awaits you, which has 3 cozy rooms for 6 persons, a playroom for children, a kitchen and an additional sauna available. We are pet friendly. Our house is a 5 minute walk to Alūksne Park and the lake, 10 min walking to the city center.
