I added this apartment with ocean and pool views to my list. Top location in Pampatar: close to beaches, 5-7 min from shopping centers (Sambil, La Vela, Costa Azul), supermarkets and restaurants. Room with a queen size bed. Sofa bed, dining room, private terrace: sun loungers, table, umbrella. 2 bathrooms. Amenities: Fiber optics, WiFi, 2 water tanks, pool, kitchen, central air, heater, washer, dryer, 2 TVs (Netflix). Ideal for couples/business. 24/7 security and private parking.

Spectacular view in La Caranta

The most impressive thing about this place is its exceptional and relaxing ocean view. Located in the most exclusive area of Margarita, at the top of La Caranta, in Pampatar. With a beautiful pool overlooking the bay, and a secluded beach ideal for diving across the street. Reserve water tank, central air conditioning, a very nice living room, two bedrooms and two bathrooms, and the most special: the balcony. You will have a truly extraordinary, unique and peaceful experience.

An inviting infinity pool reflects the clear blue sky, its surface shimmering. The pool's mosaic tiles create a pattern that enhances the serene atmosphere, while palm trees line the edge, contributing to the tranquil coastal setting.

This apartment is on the mezzanine floor, just go up 5 steps and you reach the apartment, it is for 2 people plus 1 additional since it has a sofa bed, it is steps from the beach, it has a great location, it will be very easy to plan your visit! It has 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, it has water 24 hours a day since the complex has an underground well, central air, you have a toaster, airfryer, mini oven. You'll want to come again and again. Highly recommended.
