Holiday rentals with a patio in Sabana Seca

Eddie has everything. All around you get exactly what you pay for with Eddie no hidden surprises just a good BNB and great service. All round could recommend him more. We had a problem with the door at 2am and Eddie was there within 10 minutes. He had excellent service. What a chiller.

It’s always a pleasure to stay there. Has everything needed for a restful vacation- my son loves popcorn so your little snacks made him very happy. 😊

Place was amazing as it was very clean and well organized. The area around the airbnb was calm and quiet as well. Definitely will stay there again .

This place was perfect for us! It was very private, beautiful views of the city and ocean below, without the craziness of the city. My only suggestion would be to get softer pillows. The bed was very comfortable, but the pillows were very hard. Other than that, we will definitely be back🥰 Thank you, Carmen, for sharing your beautiful home with us!

I enjoyed my stayed here. The place is super clean, and had lots of rooming space. It's located in an area that has lots of places to eat and things to do at night. Deff recommended , we will be coming back to stay whenever we come back to PR !

The place was great. It was clean and well located. Many amenities nearby and an amazing view of the sea through the back terrace. Which by the way, it was a wonderful place to hang out at any time of the day or night! Customer service was excellent. My husband had a panic attack during the our stay and his go to word is "help". The neighbor heard him and offered assistance but everything was ok. He notified Nestor just in case. Nestor did stop by to check on us and we truly appreciated his service. He was polite and made us feel secure that we could count on him if needed. We have family in town and when they visited us, they also loved the place. Definitely a place we would book again!!!

Ruben’s place was amazing! The place was very nice and clean, with everything I needed for a comfortable visit. One of the highlights was the balcony-it had a beautiful view that made mornings and evenings extra relaxing. The location was also super convenient, close to everything I wanted to see and do. I'd definitely recommend this place and would happily stay again!

Jason was very kind and flexible, he helped me BIG TIME when I needed it! room has a lot of locals near by where you can go to drink and eat, location was perfect. Very happy with my stay and definitely coming back! thanks Jason!

Honestly, this Airbnb was amazing! Super clean from top to bottom. The house is totally up to date with modern appliances, nice furniture, and comfy beds. The washer and dryer was such a nice add on! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. Pots, pans, utensils, even spices and oil, which was a nice surprise. There was a coffee maker with coffee and filters ready to go, and plenty of dishes and glasses. The bathrooms had lots of towels, extra toiletries, and even a hair dryer. The neighborhood was clean and quiet. It honestly felt like home and not just a rental. You can tell the host really thought of everything. I’d 100% stay here again such a relaxing, easy experience from check-in to check-out!

We were very excited for our weekend trip and Erin’s house was exactly as shown. We were very close to great bars and restaurants, historic sites to see and so much more. The house was easy to find at night, we rarely had to look at any street signs, when walking home… head towards the governors mansion and turn right. It was a great place to unwind after a long day. I highly recommend this place. Thank you Erin!

Great place to stay at and super safe area close to the beach and malls

So grateful for Lorenzo’s hospitality. His place was clean, well kept and he was very responsive. He was also able to suggest a wonderful restaurant that we were able to visit. Hector maintained excellent communication and answered every question I asked him without problems. He was also very kind to let me have a momentary visit for my work. I had everything I needed, the place was very quiet to rest. 100% recommended.

This was our first time visiting Puerto Rico and Luis Alberto cabin was perfect. Very peaceful, clean, we loved the sound of nature at night, perfect location practically in the middle of the island close to el yunque and no a long drive to the beaches on the east coast. Luis was very nice he communicated with us and gave excellent recommendations for night life and local restaurants during our stay. I would 100% recommend booking this cabin . We can’t wait to return

Definitely had a great time with my wife! Falling asleep to waking up to hearing the ocean waves was Amazing experience! Seeing the sunset and sunrise was beautiful as well. I definitely recommend this place to any couple who is looking for a private and safe area get away or vacation. Host was very responsive and a great help with her recommendations. It was a home away from home for sure! My wife and I will reserve this again for our return again! I will give this place a 10/10!

Everything was great, location.. the only thing i didn’t like is the apartment didn’t have a parking spot designated, it was very inconvenient..

This apartment made our stay in Old San Juan so much better. It was central to everything and so easy to walk to everything. I highly recommend this location to anyone wanting to be in the center of everything. The hosts was extremely welcoming and helpful for us to drop off our luggage and local food recommendations. I would definitely book again!

Very responsive. Instructions were clear and accurate. Place was clean and exactly as described. Very roomy, plenty of closet space, mirrors and great natural light. Only had 2 staying in the room but 4 could stay comfortably. Great location very close to beaches, shopping, food and night life. Walkable area. Only area that could use improvement would be the pool maintenance/cleanliness. Water was clear just needed to be skimmed and vacuumed. I reached out with concerns and it was taken care of the next day. I would stay here again.
