I’m giving the place a 5 stars! To start the Hosts was very responsive, he got back to me right away. All the instructions were very clear. The place is spacious, clean and comfortable. I felt very secure all the time. I will definitely be staying here again.

The place is beautiful as seen in the photos, I really liked it, the locker of the very friendly building helps you to climb your bags in the elevator and the host is always pending.

The apartment was amazing! The view from the balcony is one of the best since you can almost see the most of Medellin. The area is very dog friendly, a little hard to walk to parque Sabaneta and back due to the hills. But it’s still worth the stay! The lighting in this apartment is the best, very good mood lighting in every room and bathroom. Shower was very nice and warm. Looking forward to coming back

Beautiful place in a quiet and safe area Taxi and uber right in front of the door Metro station a few blocks away! Very safe! Security at the door 24hrs! Restaurants and supermarkets two blocks away! New building with new furniture! It was worth the money!!

The apartment is impeccable, modern and has all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. The location in Sabaneta is perfect: a quiet, safe neighborhood and close to everything. In addition, the view from the balcony is beautiful, ideal for relaxing after a day exploring Medellín and its surroundings. Juan was an exceptional host, always attentive to any questions and willing to make my stay perfect. I will definitely be back and recommend it 100%. Thanks for everything, Juan!

We had a lovely stay. The apartment was clean and we really enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. The restaurant on site was convenient and the front desk folks were friendly and responsive. The location is great. One note though, if you're looking for a peaceful, quiet stay this is not the property for you. You can hear the noise from other units traveling through the ventilation ducts and especially on weekends, people stay up very late partying listening to music. Other than that, we had a perfect stay and everything in the apartment worked as it should.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Laura’s place! The apartment was impeccably clean and well-maintained, and we loved the thoughtful touches and the comfy bedding. Laura was also incredibly responsive and helpful, providing us with great local recommendations and always being available to answer our questions. We can't wait to stay here again!

Urban Studios is also a great option for families. The environment is calm, welcoming, and kid-friendly, which made a big difference for us. We especially appreciated the pool area, which was clean, relaxing, and never too crowded. A perfect spot to unwind after a day exploring the city. Everything was great and easy and comfortable. My only comment would be to maybe have paper towels in the kitchen. Maybe I missed it, but I didn't see anything to dry anything and I didn't want to use the regular towels. Just a recommendation from me, but a very small point. Overall the place was perfect

It was great to be welcomed on Hector's apartment. I had the whole apartment available for myself in a pretty nice area of the metropolitan area, with such wonderful views of the city and a beautiful place. I’m local from Medellin but after this I’m even thinking on buying an apartment for myself in this place, just great. I really thank to Hector and I hope to be back soon.

I think I hit the jackpot booking this property! I will preface this by saying this isn't my first or 10th time in Medellin and have business in the country/city. Usually when I travel I bring friends and tend to spend it in Poblado, but was adamant about branching out of that area as I know there is more to offer than just Poblado. - El Poblado is about a 20-30 minute drive from El Poblado depending on location, traffic and weather. As I know the area, I came in knowing that was fine for me. Plan accordingly if you dont have a vehicle or a private driver. - The property did not have physical A/C units. However, it is in the mountains. It is naturally cooler in the mountains. Culturally, I needed a fan and got one upon request. I was beyond good. - Their team was VERY receptive to all requests via chat. They worked w/ my team and staff and their collaboration was phenomenal! - I will definitely recommend and stay here again. - P.S. The pool is indoors and heated, like the Jacuzzi!!

This is the perfect house, the beds are extremely comfortable, and the place is clean. The pool and Jacuzzi as well. The steam bath are perfect, the pool is always hot. It’s very rare to have a heated pool and it gets cold in Medellín. I highly recommend this place.

This place was everything that was described. Loved the layout. The music room and garden were definitely and added touch and bonus. Latin is a very cool host. He gave really good tips about the area and all the hot spots. Definitely will book again.

Wow! What an amazing place for a bachelor’s party! I was tasked with taking care of 10 guys and throwing a memorable party. Not only was the Penthouse incredible, but Carlos was indispensable for us all. We literally showed up to a pool party (let your imagination run wild😊 We had access to everything a bachelor party needs. Carlos also owns a taxi company so was able to run guys and gals around with an excellent staff (the property is also owned by an American). The pool view is incredible, and you’ll see a massive statue of Pablo Escobar+ his wife and kids upon entering the property (incredible history). The place is huge and comfortable with fast internet for those who also had to put in work. Lots of bedrooms too. I recommend this property and the staff highly. Since I was responsible for setting this up, I was worried about everything: getting ripped off, robbed, and just looking bad in general. When we got there to a ready-made pool party, I was an instant legend. Perfect!

The pictures don't make justice to the actual lofts. Each room has the caring and homie touch to make the guests feel welcome. Spoiler: I didn't mind the early noisy street, as where I live in the US it is similar. David and Vanessa were extremely helpful to help us with every question. The supermarket is very close by, as well restaurants or dining areas. The park is also very close, safe, beautiful and perfect for families and pets.

We went to the house for my best friends birthday week and we had an absolute blast in the house!! It was spacious beautiful and the host was to accommodating!! Anything we needed he got and he as well took Initiave in extra things! He not only gave us great service he also became our friend in the end we will definitely be returning!! Thank you!!!
